Easy to assemble. Affordable way to get started with cold plunge. We set it up, filled it with the hose and dumped a few bags of ice in there and enjoyed the benefits of the cold plunge. My son and I were talking about how we wanted to try one of these a few weeks ago, so I decided to order this when I saw it. The PVC is pretty thin, but it’s sturdy enough when it’s put together and filled with water. It’s going to take me a while to get up the nerve to fill it up with all ice water, but I’m getting there. I’ve been using mostly cold water and some ice. But it is still helping my muscles feel better after my weekly soccer games. ... show more

Perhaps it was just me as I don't see others complaining about this, but this arrived without instructions. It took us time, but from the photos we were able to piece it together. For this price, it does what it is meant to do and seems like it will hold up. I am excited though to make a cold plunge part of my routine. I've had lots of friends rave about it.
