Easy to install and sticks to the tub well. Have had these installed in our tub for a month and all of the stickers are still in place and haven't peeled up. The tub feels far safer with these and we haven't had any slipping incidents, something that was alarming frequent prior to purchasing these, and thus I high recommend these. They're cheap and get the job done, so get these and don't even bother with the more expensive bath mats that aren't nearly as effective! Update: I've had these for a few months now and have removed a single star due to the fact that one of them has started to peel up on its own and they stain from cleaners very easily. ... show more

I bought these after 18 year old son had extensive surgery rebuilding his leg/knee. It was vitality important that he be able to shower without slipping! We have a built in seat in our shower so I placed a few on the seat as well because I have found, once wet, it's very easy to slip off the seat. I thoroughly cleaned and dried the surfaces before application and allowed 24 hours after placing for them to properly adhere. After over 1 year only on has started to curl up a tad. They are beginning to discolor but given that our large family uses a variety of soaps with a variety of colors, as well as our hard water, I did expect this. The base of our shower floor was not smooth. It has a slightly textured surface. But in taking the proper steps and using the tools provided these stuck evenly and very well even too the textured surface! These work well as intended! We use these as a safety and security precaution for anyone who might be using the shower in our vacation home. The reason we use it is because the tub is porcelain and is easily slick and is possible for people to slip. These really do the trick! You must make sure that the tub is dry and has been dry for quite a while. Sprayed the tub with rubbing application and we made careful marks and measurements to know where we wanted to place them so that they would look properly placed! I got these because my shower is quite slippery especially with a new conditioner that is doing wonderful things for my hair. Well, turns out they are great for my dog, too!!! This bath time with him was a breeze!!! Turns out, he doesn't hate baths, he just hated not having traction, too! For time in the 4 years I've had him I haven't had to readjust him, he stayed standing the whole time without a problem! These were SO easy to install. I just cleaned/dried my tub with alcohol (I use it with everything I'm sticking adhesive to), then peeled off and stuck were I wanted! The tool they give you to smooth works great. They are REALLY subtle and very clear! They seem thick enough to be durable enough (they immediately survived bath time with my dog and his unclipped nails!), but they aren't so raised that it's uncomfortable to stand on. Definitely purchase, these are awesome! I included pictures, 2 with flash, one without. They are really hard to see unless the light reflects off them at certain angles.
