Idk if they gave me a used one but I returned this item due to it smelled like actual mold or dirty water I don’t even know! My daughter was also scared of it for some reason she didn’t even wanna put her foot on the matt and she loves bath time it was weird the section didn’t even stick it would start to float when it got water it didn’t lay flat at all and the quality was actualllllyyy strong good material the perfect size for the tub too it just didn’t work out! Not worth the purchase

My one year old loves to stand up in the tub and plop down to create a giant splash. He would slip and slide around the tub though and I was concerned he would get hurt. This is such a simple yet perfect solution. He loves the visual art and hasn’t figured out yet how to pull the mat off. It doesn’t take much pressure to get the suction cups to adhere to the floor of the tub, and likewise isn’t a pain to pull up when it’s time to clean the tub. It’s held up well, which is impressive in our home. The size as well is perfect. Fits enough of the tub floor where we don’t have any slippery spots anymore.
