This case is huge! That's not so much a complaint as a statement. Instructions are a tad lacking. But setup is pretty straightforward. MS license didn't want to activate, but the trouble shoot button cured that. I think the one thing I am most disappointed with is the most is the 4070 video card has 3 display ports and 1 hdmi. Sure I can buy adapters, but for this price, just use a video card with hdmi connections. Overall satisfied thus far. May update later if something rears it's ugly head. ... show more

I’ve had this PC since late April. The setup was easy but the PC would randomly crash. It could go days without crashing and then one day it crashes two or three times. Updating the BIOS and ensuring there were no loose components seems to have fixed the crashing. I had a loose PCIe cable on the GPU. Just give everything a nudge since it’s possible for components to come loose during shipping. I was worried that I was stuck with a $2,300 paperweight but everything has been smooth sailing now. The 7900 XTX is a powerful GPU that trades blows with the 4080. It’s AMD’s flagship card right now. It’s great for raw performance and 4K gaming but a poor choice if you’re looking for ray tracing. Nvidia’s 4080 and 4090 are better options for that. I play on an OLED 3440x1440p monitor. Some people might say the XTX is overkill for 1440p but I won’t have to upgrade as soon compared to 4K. Don’t let that deter you from 4K though. It’s just personal preference. It’s a good PC for the price. 4090 builds go for $3,500, which was a little too high for me. The money I saved getting this build instead was used to buy my monitor. Prebuilt PCs are a nice option to have to get console gamers into PC gaming without the headache of building your own machine. It’s pretty much plug and play after the initial setup. Just download Steam and get gaming. Visually, it looks nice with RGB in a black case under my desk light. It definitely gives off a “gamer” kind of feel. Overall, I give it 4/5 stars. I deducted a star due to the anxiety I got from the crashing. But otherwise it’s been good since updating BIOS and checking component seating. Happy gaming! ... show more

Was super excited to get this PC, first time trying Ibuypower and AMD. This has been a total nightmare! The PC constantly crashes randomly. Everything will be working fine, then suddenly, my mouse starts to get ultra laggy and skipping across the entire screen, shortly after my monitors shut down completely, the screens go black, but the computer is still running, then the system reboots. (I checked all cables and ensured all drivers were updated, no changes) This happens while gaming, surfing the web, and seen it happened when nothing was running, I was sitting at my desk, just turned on the PC and was texting on my phone and noticed the whole thing crashed, while nothing was going on. lol This has also effected the internet as well, at times my internet will get cut off, then back on, then cut off, then the system stops working. Some games I cannot play at all, as the games instantly crash and then the internet connection cuts out and the only way to get it to work is to restart the system. I checked with all my other devices and the internet was working fine. Completely unreliable. I checked all cables and the GPU, to ensure everything was plugged in properly. ensured all drivers were up to date. Nothing has solved the issue, so I am at a loss. $2300 for a massive headache. ... show more

Recently ordered the r9 7900 and 7900xtx, I haven’t looked back after ordering this beast of a machine. Super fast and 4k gaming is as smooth as butter.
