3 days out of the box the system failed with an endless loop of blue screen error messages, bios freezing up when trying to select anything, and if did boot up it would only last 15-30 seconds before crashing again. got ahold of their tech support (be ready to waste a couple hours of your life on hold). he had me do a few things to troubleshoot, but no concrete solutions. he determined it needed replacement RAM, and here is the fun part, i get the box up the RAM and ship it to them, and once they receive it they will ship the replacement, probably fine if i live up the street. i dont, im on the other side of the country. almost two weeks down. RAM finally comes, install it, re install the operating system, and everything is fine for about 2 months. got the same exact issues again. this time the SSD, replaced that. still, the same issues yet again. i have got to say i cant remember ever owning any electronic device that is as terrible as this is. a true waste of $1600 as i look over at it while i type this i imagine how much satisfaction i would receive smashing it to bits with a sledgehammer, alas, i will just bring it to a computer repair place near me and get ripped off there next. i hope this short review helps somebody make a more informed decision on the purchase of ibuypower products. i will steer people away from buying their products, i cant recommend them. buy name brand or just build your own. Update. computer was unfixable. i brought this to a computer repair guy with 40 yrs experience. he had it for 3 weeks and couldnt get it to function, many parts were replaced in the process. decided to cut my losses, removed known good components and scrapped the rest. ... show more

I love this computer, but the GPU seems to overheat, and the M.2 SSD was missing its heatsink on Arrival. so it crashes after heaving gaming.

I've had this PC for a few days now and nothing has gone wrong with it. It's been great for gaming and for doing my homework for college. No complaints so far. The keyboard and mouse feel a little bit cheap, and I'm not a fan of a wired mouse, but so far getting used to them has not been much of a challenge. This is my first PC after borrowing a friend's $3000+ PC for a while and really liking it. He said that this one is a great buy for an entry to mid-level gaming PC and so far, it compares very easily to the PC he lent me. All-in-all would recommend to a friend. ... show more

Customer service is a joke. Had computer issues within 6 months. A gaming computer that just shuts down when gaming. They claim it could be the graphics card but the one it has is sold out so they will send one that is "almost equivalent". In order to get this warranty item they placed a $500 hold on my card. They upgraded to expedited 2 day shipping. They received my card information the 3rd and just now sent replacement late on the 8th. With 2 day shipping we still won't get until maybe Monday 8/12. Terrible customer service and response time. Amazon shouldn't associate their name with this company. To be continued if and when they fulfill their warranty promises. ... show more
