The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately, the graphics processing unit (GPU) was dead on arrival. I’m getting the following message, “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (code 43)” When the PC arrived I noticed one corner of the box was crushed (see photo). I carefully unpacked it and checked all connections after removing the internal packing foam. I thought it was a driver issue but this wasn’t the case. After updating all drivers nothing changed. It’s very frustrating because I spent over 6 hours trying to figure things out and now I have to repack everything and send it back… this was my first gaming PC purchase ever and first Windows purchase in over 13 years… very bad taste left in my mouth. I don’t know if ibuypower didn’t test this unit, it was damaged in transit, or both. This box really should be packed into another box. 2 stars because she’s pretty… what a waste of time. ... show more
