Setup: The installation process is simple. You get the PC, you take off/out the foam pieces. And yes, there is a foam piece on the inside to protect the components. Take off the glass frame by undoing two screws in the back and it'll slide off. Then pull out the foam gently and check the wires to make sure you haven't pulled or unplugged anything. Once, you're good with that, just plug it and proceed with what the computer askes you for. Also, PLEASE update your PC before using it for games and stuff. Some people have problems when they use outdated software. The rest is up to you. How it runs: It runs surprisingly smooth. The 6600XT may be a budget graphics card, but it's still pretty good if you want something budget wise. Most games I played so far haven't expected any issues and has not crashed. Hooray! I will probably make a list of games it can handle well at soon. For now, I do recommend, if this is your first ever Gaming PC, to buy this one! 8/26/2022 For those who don't know, the AMD software requires a quick installation process for it's drivers. Doing this can improve your PC's performance. You can install the drivers from AMD's website. Just search, "AMD Driver" and it should pop up. Then select your graphic card specs and press submit. Installation should be easy. Nonetheless, a lot of the bigger games like Cyberpunk, Forza Horizon 5, and GTAV on high settings can be ran at up to 60FPS+ on this PC so I'm once again impressed. It's my first time buying a prebuilt from one of these gaming PC companies, so I was a bit wary. But when I parted out this system I couldn't have built it myself for less than the price of buying it from Ibuypower. So, I figured I'd take a chance. I received the PC in just a few days via UPS. It was in perfect condition and all I had to do was remove some packaging and plug it in. There's no extra nonsense installed on it and it runs all my games on max settings without issue (Disclaimer: It's day 1 and I will update if I discover any major issues). The build is nothing fancy, but it's attractive. The case has dark mirror glass (front and side) that looks great with the (4) adjustable color fans. The Ryzen 5 5600X and Radeon RX 6600XT in this rig run cool and quiet. What can I say? Great price and no sign of problems so far. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase at this point. ... show more

Recently my old gaming pc needed to be upgraded and so I spent some time trying to decide what PC to get. I found one which was not IBUYPOWER and got it off of Amazon and it was delivered broken. I assumed this was a fluke, so I ordered another one, also DOA. So, I decided since I had experience with IBuyPower I would try it through them. As expected, the PC came with all components, well-constructed, and it handled every game I through it it well. It handles VR games really well, which was a pleasant surprise. IBuyPower is the only gaming PC company I trust with pre-builts, and if you are unsure about your purchase, you wont regret it. I love this PC its wonderful. Great PC for the money. ... show more

International order so was a bit nervous if it'll arrive broken. PC packaging from ibuypower was awesome, amazon packaging on top....so so. I couldn't find the full specification anywhere so below is the spec which I received for everyone's benefit; AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME B550-PLUS AC-HES (AM4) 8176MB ATI AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT 931GB Seagate ST1000DM010-2EP102 465GB Western Digital WD Blue SN570 500GB AMD High Definition Audio Device 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1197MHz Realtek 8821CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller Came with the wifi built-in and antenna as well which works fine. The Bluetooth mouse connection has been a bit dodgy, not sure if this is just me or everyone else as well. BIOS was old but there was no issue booting with the 5600X CPU and RX 6600XT graphics card. Everything worked out of the box so highly recommended. Couldn't comment on the gaming performance etc as haven't loaded any games yet. ... show more

Seller made use of UPS package delivery and whether it was due to their negligence, or problems within the product warehouse, the packaging arrived in such a state that it nearly warranted an immediate RMA; there is no excuse for deep forklift gouges and heavy layers of dirt caking the packaging of delicate, expensive electronic equipment. HOWEVER, upon examining the actual computer itself, its internals and running thorough boot checks and diagnostics, it miraculously was in immaculate condition. The thick supportive packaging form was just thick enough to soak whatever deep punctures were made in the box during shipping/warehouse storage much to my surprise, the delicate internals of the PC benefitted from meticulous wire storage discipline hidden under a shroud concealing the Power Supply Unit at the bottom of the case which allowed the expanding shipping foam inside to competently support the hefty AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT GPU to avoid any shock bending, and most importantly to the customer, the product itself is extremely excellent for the $999 sale price it was obtained at. I would urge any future customers to scrutinize your delivered packaging thoroughly, and if you have any indication there is any damage done to your product, whether it be severe or cosmetic, to seek fulfillment of your warranty. My fellow colleagues were appalled at the state of the package upon delivery, though ultimately I was very lucky there was no impact of the device itself (if ever you find yourself complaining about PC unboxing being a pain, this is a prime example of why there's so much foam). In several years were I given the chance at another similar quality+budget opportunity to upgrade from this reseller, I'd want to not miss out, but I would have some strong skepticism over shipping the second time around. ... show more

    • WORST PRODUCT AND WARRANTY EVER!!! DON'T DO IT!

This is the worst investment I've ever run into! I have computers from 2008 still running Windows 7 that's still working! This computer sat for 8-10 months, and when it was time to use it, it lasted 3 months, before it blew up. By blew up I mean there was a loud pop, and since I had the warranty added to the order, I thought this wouldn't be a problem as it is covered, but I knew better. First, let's talk about the lady I got when speaking with Asurion Warranty Company. I was having trouble contacting them, and getting my issue resolved, and like a broken record, she repeatedly informed me how she had never experienced these issues! There are no words that can express how dumb and green that sounds. I had to tell her, lady that has nothing to do with what I'm experiencing! Next, another rep told me it would be a 7 day turnaround, after I informed them this was a business computer. Well, I received the return label after 3 days, then I shipped the computer back to them on the 5 of March. However, on the 18 of March I recieved an email stating that my computer was on the way. I did receive the computer on Wed 3/20. This comes out to be a 19-20 day turnaround, not 7. Once I recieved the computer back, there was a lovely note stating the computer was checked and tested several times and is working fine! THIS COULDN'T BE FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH! The computer is now locking up, reading files intermittently, and won't turn on unless you unplug some components! So basically I paid over 1k for a computer to last 3 months while running! BTW, the computer came back with bolts missing, internal lights unplugged and no information as to what was fixed or what the problem actually was. In conclusion, two things I will never ever do again! Buy a IBUYPOWER PC, or get Asurion insurance! This was the worst experience I've ever witnessed. It's why I choose not to buy a warranty in most cases, because they take your money freely, but fail miserably to deliver the service they advertise! I'll take my chances with the big boys from now on! Thanks so much for nothing IBUYPOWER and ASURION! ... show more

The PC runs pretty fast and can handle all the games I play. The only downside that I noticed was that one of the fans had stopped working three days after I had received the PC. Contacted support and nothing has yet to be done.
