I shopped around for quite sometime and decided on this chair. My hands and feet go numb and I have severe body aches so it’s critical that I have a chair that actually works! The settings offer several different options, offers heat and also allows for small to larger persons. My son has broad shoulders and is 260 lbs and it works well for him too. It’s fairly easy to move around too as it has wheels in the back so you can lift the front and move by yourself if need be. Extremely easy set up, within 2 minutes as it’s already put together and all you have to do is attach the touch screen. A relative purchased a similar massage chair for over $7k and this chair is just as good. In fact, I prefer this chair due to the comfort, options, touch screen, Bluetooth, USB, easily maneuverable and obviously, much lower price. I can’t imagine what more you would need in a massage chair. I am in love with this chair!

Out of the 6 people who have tried this chair, from 5'3" to 6'3", all 6 give it a 5 star rating. I know they suggest maximum height 6'2" but our tall son loved it just the same. Our daughter who is familiar with massage techniques was very impressed with it. This chair has the technology of the chairs that cost in the thousands $$$$, like 4d massage, body scan for size, foot rollers, heat, and more. We are very happy with it. Love that this chair is a wall hugger. It did not take up as much space as we expected. Also we paid the extra $20 for "in room service". It includes front door entrance delivery but we knew we could not get it through our bedroom door, it being too narrow. So we paid the extra to have them deliver through our back yard into our bedroom slider. So worth it! We made a great decision buying this chair.

I am really pleased with this product. I bought it as a gift for my husband and he loves it. He is a bigger guy and 6’4”, and fits in it well and he gets a great massage. I also love that it heats up more than just your back, I did a lot of research and comparisons before deciding on this product and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add a massage chair to their home. It fits perfectly in the living room and doesn’t take up excess space.

I've had this about 3 months and I'm unable to use the airbags now. The air compressor started making a loud noise about a week ago. Tried to call for a return/refund but was told I would have to pay a restocking fee of almost $300.

First of all, it's a very attractive chair. The size and color fits well in the room. This chair is very sturdy. Listen, the chair gives a great massage, back, arms, feet, almost whole body. I absolutely love what the chair does for my back. The chair is easy to operate with touch screen control and an arm dial controller. It has great Bluetooth speakers at the head for listening to soft music or an audio book. You get voice confirmation of all the functions that you decide to use, like heat for example. If you want a great massage chair, the iBooMas is the one to purchase.

Delivery was a little sketchy and only reason not 5 stars. Unfriendly driver who left chair at end of driveway. Options and customizable settings with various intensities are more than I expected. Super helpful to sore and tight muscles. I use before and after workouts or after strenuous activity. Extreme value for the price. Just hoping it lasts and any future service needed will not be difficult.
