The chair is great. The delivery was poor. Delivery was left near sidewalk 1/2 acre from the door. The pkg weighs 184 lbs. I had to stop 2 people trying to load it into their car.

It has a much better body scan than the other one I bought before. The massage itself is less stimulating and more suited to the individual's body type and doesn't poke you. Also he was a good fit for my 6 foot tall father-in-law, who said he loved the freedom to choose the intensity and duration of the personalized massage. This is a great chair, and our family loves it very much. I don't think even the most expensive one can do better. It has some great presets that you can choose from, or you can manually choose the massage method you want. This fabric feels like genuine leather and is durable.
