This is hands down the best phone case I have ever owned. Why you ask? A number of reasons. First, it is adorable but not childish. I’m in my 20s and wanted a cute rose gold and marble case that didn’t have glitter plastered all over it. Second, it is easy to hold. The case itself is made of a grippy gel like material. It does not slip out of your hands or when set on a slightly inclined surface. My third and biggest reason is the durability. I will preface this by admitting that I am clumsy. I drop this phone almost daily on the concrete floors where I work. Case showed no signs of damage or denting. I have dropped it onto hardwood floors from the second floor balcony (again, I’m clumsy) and not a scratch. I’ve had this case over a year and nothing had chipped or broken on it. My biggest sell on the durability came from it sliding off my car while driving down a country road. I forgot that I had left my phone on top of my car and started driving. I was going about 50 mph when it slide off and I heard a thump on the road behind me. I panicked, convinced my phone was done for. After half hour of searching in the dark, I finally found my phone in a ditch. The case has split into its two parts with the phone still nestled in the screen protector portion. Not a single scratch or dent on the phone. The only damage to the case was on the top right corner it is a little scuffed since that was the point of impact. That’s it. My phone hit asphalt at 50 mph and the only damage is a slight scuff to the case. Cannot speak highly enough of this case. Saved me hundreds on a new phone!!! ... show more

Everything you want to know: - the edges are a softer clear plastic that would absorb impact well. - the back is a harder opaque plastic - the screen protector is plastic but really responsive and smooth. Someone mentioned white dots. You can see them a little when the case is off but not when it’s on the phone. Downside is the raised edges of the front of the case and the plastic screen protector collects debris and is kind of hard to clean smudges off. - the front of the case is raised quite a bit which offers good protection if the phone falls face down or you put it on a table face down but can make pressing near the edge of the screen a little difficult. Especially when moving apps between home screens. - the edge around the back camera is almost flush with the camera lens but it does stick out a tiny bit farther than the lens to offer some protection. - the volume and lock buttons are clear plastic and incredibly easy to press. - there is plenty of space around the lightning port and silent switch. - the case works with wireless charging. - I’ve had the case for a few weeks and no scratches or wear on the back of the case yet. It’s very pretty and very shiny. The gold is an actual reflective/metallic gold foil and the glitter is a nice touch. The whole case has a gloss finish. - the case is kind of hard to get on and off but if you follow the instructions it’s fine. It fits very securely and feels very protective. - It’s not the slimmest case but it’s very protective without being too bulky. I think that covers everything you might need to know. All in all I love this case. I wanted something very protective but not overly bulky and I wanted it to be pretty. I didn’t want a clear case and it seems like most XR cases are clear so this was a welcome find. I do wish there were more designs to choose from because I’m not really into pink glittery stuff or marble pattern but they are all very nice looking cases. I would definitely buy more cases if they had more designs. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is quite difficult to get on and off without some kind of tool and because the screen is quite smudgy and collects dust and smudges around the edges quite a bit. ... show more

The perfect phone cover/protector. I love the beautiful patterns and they have just the right amount of grip. The built in screen protector feels smooth and lays perfectly against the real screen, so you can’t even tell it’s there. The protective screen does get scratched eventually, but I feel like that’s to be expected. I’ve dropped my phone many times over the years (even on concrete and tile) and it is completely fine thanks to these cases. NOT FOR YOU OFF YOU SPEND A GREAT DEAL OF TIME OUTSIDE. There is a crazy amount of glare because it’s so shiny, so it is pretty hard to see even with my phone on its brightest setting. I don’t use my phone outside much so I don’t really care. I waited a while before reviewing just to be sure, but I really like it. I’ve dropped my phone many times (even straight onto concrete) and not so much as a scratch. I didn’t have the problem others had with the screen. In fact, I ordered this thinking I was going to have to take a razor blade to get the screen off and use a separate screen protector based on other reviews, so imagine my surprise when It sucked itself right onto my screen and looks fantastic! Can’t even tell it HAS a screen protector. In fact, other than the glare (minor inconvenience for my lifestyle), I love it more than any other screen protector I’ve had, and that’s not even saying anything about the case itself. The case is very sturdy and unlike other cases I’ve had with metallic on them, this one still looks as good as it did the day I got it. Other cases I’ve had dulled after just a few weeks.
