Wore once. Whatever support they put in to make the shoe laceless broke along the heel spine. Hurt my foot but even worse?? Amazon won't take them back as it was outside the window. I submitted a ticket to Zappos but this is not the Dr Marten quality I loved so much in my youth and to not have a warranty?? Nah. That's strange. And I am furious that Zappos/Amazon is not helpful But as long as we are here, lets talk fit too. The boots are heavy. like steel toe boot heavy. And very wide. I have a wide foot. These are borderline too wide. They impossible to get on the first time I put them on, but today, when the shoes broke, was the first time leaving the house in them. From just a few try ons at home, they are super loose. I'm not sure they would have lasted long anyway. The insole is comfy but that's really the best I can say and now they are broke (I had only walked 0.5 miles when they broke). The style is cute but bulbous. Had I seen them in person, I wouldn't have. I think the issue is they proportioned the shoe from a smaller foot instead of using an actual size 9. Great and solid well made boots! I had to return them because I ordered a size too large. I will be a reordering soon. I'm normally a size 9.5. I ordered a 10 and that was way too big. My next Order will be for a size 9!

They are not a good fit even if you get a size smaller than your size they are way too loose around the ankle bend and ankle area. They continuously pull down your socks. Never again this style of boot I mean slip on. I'll stick with the laces from now on.
