I bought the Armorbox Series Case For Samsung Flip 4 to protect my new Samsung Flip 4 while I get used to it and to protect it from any accidental drops. I knew that it would add to the overall dimensions of the Flip 4, however, I decided that the added dimensions was necessary to add that layer of protection to the phone. I planned on eventually removing the case from the phone (unless I get used to the added size and decide that the extra layer of protection is worth the extra size. I have an UAG case on my previous Samsung Galaxy phone and it still looks brand new even though it's over 13 years old. Yes...my last Samsung phone was the S8+. And I only upgraded to the Flip 4 because I like the idea of having a smaller overall phone that opens up to 6.7" screen. The build quality of this case is very good. It fits very tightly when installed on the Flip 4 and takes a good deal of effort to remove it from the phone. Note, the case will protect the all of the phone when it is in the closed position except for the hinge mechanism. So, if the phone is dropped and it lands on the hinge, hopefully Samsung built a strong hinge mechanism to withstand such an impact. The hinge itself appears to be very sturdy and a very solidly formed mechanism. I feel confident that this case will protect the Flip4 very well and I will try not to drop it on the hinge. I have to add that the case itself adds a lot of color and the styling of the entire case definitely enhances the look of the phone. I bought a Black (or dark Grey) Samsung Flip 4 and I bought the red Armorbox case to add some color to my phone. This is the sturdiest case I have ever bought for my Samsung Z4 Flip!! The color is beautiful, fits like a glove and is built to last!! It also came with a well designed clip that is lightweight and bold. The case & belt clip however, does add a little bit of weight and dimension to your device. I suggest following the included instructions for easy installation instead of sliding it in since there is an adhesion tape at the bottom of the windowed case. The clip maybe handy as a belt clip; attachment to a holster, strap, purse or bag or activities like: hiking, camping , fishing, etc.. I prefer using my device without it for more practical reasons but like the idea of having an added accessory!! I love this case after reviewing other similar or less expensive ones. The case is just two parts that snap on. Lots of room for the power button/fingerprint sensor. I like what they did with the volume control -- Instead of exposing the rocker, they put buttons over the Volume Up and Volume Down ends of the rocker. I find those easier to use. The case is sturdy and my color, Tilt is very nice. I had wanted the clip-on holster feature to clip it to my running shorts but the whole phone/case/holster is too heavy to be practical. The bad news on the holster is that it takes two hands to remove the phone -- one to hold the holster and one to operate the clip. Wireless charging does work. ... show more

This case is made of very sturdy material, not flimsy at all. It is also has rubber around the edges to absorb the impact if it gets dropped, the corners are also reinforced with rubber. The only part not covered on the outside of the case is the hinge, which is understandable due to the design of the phone. I purchased a tempered glass protector for that and the external screen. The phone fits very securely in the holster, I have only had it a couple of days but it takes two hands for me to remove the phone from the holster. I prefer that over the possibility of the phone being loose in the holster. I have used Otterbox Defender cases for many years and this case is of a higher quality material. The phone should only go in the holster one way otherwise the clip sits on the side buttons. Overall I really like this case because of the protection the thickness of the material provides. Update: I have had this case for a month now and have found that the phone is much easier to remove from the holster with one hand but is still very secure when it is in the holster. ... show more

This case is sturdy, has thick protective corner caps in case of a drop, and the phone feels much better than other slippery cases. The rubber ridges on the side ensure that you won't drop it. This is a really good phone case. It fits perfect and offers good protection. I also love the fact that it has a belt clip. At first, it is a little hard to get the phone out of the clip; however, after a short break-in period, it loosens up. I would highly recommend this phone case and clip.
