I put this in the bottom of our aluminum boat and on the decks. The backing is super sticky and I did not need to apply any extra glue. I applied it when the outside temp was 75 degrees. It was easy to cut and apply. I put it down on a textured, painted surface that I cleaned and prepped and it stuck just fine.

Used this stuff to replace the carpet on my trailer steps. Looks great and works even better! Can’t beat it for the price, makes for a safer, better looking trailer. Will be replacing sections of the boat carpet with it as well.

I use this to revive an older wake skim board. It seem to stick to board just fine without any extra adhesive. And it also matched the thickness of the old black turf. Almost perfectly. Easy to cut with quality scissors. Will see how well it holds up next season.
