I think he hit perfection with this one. I have made sole and cod filet over the last couple of weeks and man. DELICIOUS. The perfect blend of spices. I added a pinch of butter to the filets and didn’t mind a generous shake of the seasoning since it is low in salt. That was it and let them cook. Fantastic results. Nice crust with the butter/seasoning combo. I have the whole line up because of the lower salt content. The Crunchy is a favorite with poultry and I also use a combo of the Spicy blend with mustard coated catfish. 5/5 Highly recommended!!! ... show more

This is a great seasoning. We use it on all sorts of food and it has become one of our favorite options. Costco frozen salmon fillets covered with this and cooked in the air fryer is off the charts good! Getchu some!
