  • My favorite wireless mouse so far
Color: White Size: Wireless Style: Pulsefire Haste 2
My favorite wireless mouse so far. I am looking for a wireless mouse that I can use for both work (Mac) and play (Windows). I use Logitech M720 previously for work. It is a very good mouse but sometimes I do feel it is on the heavier side. I do have a Logitech 502 wired mouse which is very precise but too heavy. Several other gaming mouses I have are all wired ones which can be inconvenient sometimes. Recently I decided to get a wireless gaming mouse which is easy to switch from Mac to Windows. I have tried Razor Orochi V2, which is small to my liking and my wrist hurts after several hours’ use. I have also considered Razor Viper Pro, Logitech GPW, etc. But those are expensive and I am not a serious gamer. Thus after some research, I decided to try this one. HyperX Haste2 feels very good in hand. It is very light but at the same time, you can feel the control and precision especially with the grip tape. On Mac, I do feel that 2.4G connection is better than Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth on Mac has some lags/latencies which is not desirable. Somehow the Bluetooth is better on my Windows laptop but I still prefer 2.4G connection on Windows. The battery is surprisingly good at the moment but needs to look at battery performance again later in several months. Personally I like everything about this mouse except that the software. On Mac, no software is available but you can still use the mouse (with limited features). Overall it is a very good mouse and my current favorite wireless gaming mouse. I do think the software can be improved and also somehow the Bluetooth on Mac is not good. ... show more

  • Great but scroll wheel issue
Color: White Size: Wireless Style: Pulsefire Haste 2
I've had this mouse for almost 3 years now and I have loved it since! Lightweight and a perfect size for my hand, the buttons click smoothly and I feel like the glide of the mouse in general has improved my gaming experience. The wireless is a plus, I haven't experienced any delay or stutters from the connection. But, my scroll wheel is no longer working properly. It always jumps in the opposite direction of where I'm scrolling and I can't fix it. And its not something you can feel physically, so its not the wheel itself or dirt disturbing it. That's the only downside of this mouse, the scroll wheel mishap will eventually catch up to you. ... show more

  • Great performance and amazing battery for gamers
Color: White Size: Wireless Style: Pulsefire Haste 2
I’ve been using the HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 for about 9 months now, and honestly, I’m pretty impressed. All the buttons work fine, and the battery life is amazing. The manufacturer claims it lasts up to 100 hours, and that’s pretty accurate. I use it for about 5 to 8 hours a day, and when I’m not using it, I leave it on, and it lasts the whole week. When it needs charging, just 5 minutes is enough to get it back to full. The software is super easy to use, no complications, and you can tweak everything to your liking. The sensor works great, really precise. I won’t say it’s the best mouse for competitive gaming, since this is my first one with these specs, but it’s been amazing in shooters. If you’re looking for a mouse to improve your performance in shooter games and don’t want to spend a fortune on pricier models, I’d recommend this one without hesitation. What’s good: • Long battery life: Lasts the whole week with just 5 minutes of charging. • Precise sensor: Really good for shooter games. • Easy-to-use software: Customize everything easily. • Great value for money: Perfect if you don’t want to spend too much. ... show more

  • A Great Gaming Mouse
Color: White Size: Wireless Style: Pulsefire Haste 2
The HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 has made me fall in love with lightweight mice. I've always felt the weight of a gaming mouse made no impact to my experience, but I have since changed my mind. It is comfortable in the hand and the high performance 2.4ghz wireless connectivity frees you from the shackles that are wired mice. I really enjoy this mouse and intend to buy another for future computers. ... show more

  • Problems after 8 months of usage
Color: White Size: Wireless Style: Pulsefire Haste 2
Used the G305 for years until I got tired of the infamous double click issue with logitech. The Haste 2 was very good at first, got used to the shape right away and I use palm/claw hybrid. But after about 8 months: The scrollwheel will jump in the opposite direction when scrolling. Mouse cannot keep up with fast movement and clicking, will just stop working until you cycle the dpi button. Mediocre software but tolerable. Overall, if you're not a competitive gamer or need usage for a fast-paced game then this mouse is great. But I'm just not happy when I'm surrounded by enemies in Diablo 4 and have to stop and cycle the dpi to use the mouse again, so this is a dealbreaker for me. Will look for a new mouse in the future. Edit: The scroll wheel jump issue is worse now. This makes the mouse literally unusable for gaming or daily activities, unless you plan to scroll once every 5 seconds or something. Edit 2 8/16/2024: Software has been completely reinstalled, problem still happens. I cannot even play fps games with this mouse because the sensor cannot keep up with tracking and every time I see an enemy, the mouse freezes up. The only solution I found was to keep it plugged in while playing fps games....but then what is even the point of paying 70$ for a wireless mouse if I can buy a 30$ wired mouse. Edit 3 9/3/2024: Mouse is now unable to track accurately and will freeze when gaming with shooter games, unless plugged in. Final edit: I switched to a Razer Viper v2 pro since then and have been so happy. No software issues, no hardware issues. It just works. I'm never going back to logitech or any other mouse brands for wireless ... show more

  • Best gaming mouse I've used
Color: White Size: Wireless Style: Pulsefire Haste 2
I have used many mice for gaming and this one blows the rest out of the water. The side buttons are easy to reach even for someone with smallish hands. The ability to customize the DPI in the software is a very nice option for me as I am always changing it. I absolutely love the rgb, in my opinion it is not too much or too little. The scroll where is quite responsive. A minor issue that I have which, I am very willing to look over is how loud the clicking is. It is a bit louder than any other gaming mouse I have used, but for me that is just a minor downside. The only other issue that I have is that since I have small hands, it is a bit large in my hand. If there was ever a smaller version of this mouse that comes out, I would buy it in a heartbeat. I love it. ... show more

  • Fantastic mouse for small to medium hands.
Color: White Size: Wireless Style: Pulsefire Haste 2
I play FPS games competitively. Rank Masters in Apex and Overwatch and one of my hobbies is checking out gaming gear. I've got 19.5x10.5cm hands. Relax claw. I've tried over 30 top mice since 2021 to find my favorite. (GPX Superlight) -This mouse surprised me. The coating is the best coating I've ever felt on a mouse. Slick but not slippery, robust without feeling plasticy. -The battery lasts forever, I never had to think about it. -The white model just looks professional and feels great in the hand. The clicks are on the heavier side but nothing that impedes performance. -The only reason I'm giving this a 4/5 is because it's too small for my hands. I would have LOVED to keep this mouse but for 19+ hands it's only really good for fingertip which I can't play with. -The mouse skates have got to be the most slippery out of box skates I've ever encountered, like ice skating, definitely pair with a control pad. If you've got 18cm hands or smaller I would highly recommend this mouse over the Superlight and Viper v2. ... show more

  • Awesome mouse
Color: Black Size: Wireless Style: Pulsefire Haste 2
I was always convinced that wireless mouses weren’t reliable for gaming. However, I’ve been wanting to replace my logitech g502 for a while because it has random clicking issue. I also wanted to move away from my logitech products because I am realizing HyperX is far superior in quality. I already replaced my headset (cloud 2) and keyboard (alloy elite) and love the durability and design. So I narrowed my search down to just a few different hyperX mouses and decided on this one because of the reviews (plus it was on sale for prime day). It’s been 1.5 months now and I love this mouse. I play video games at least a couple times a week and I’ve only had to charge it once since I first got it. I play mostly FPS and I have never experienced any lag or disconnection issues. The shape and size of the mouse is also perfect, but I’m a girl with small hands so it might not be comfortable for large man hands (my husband didn’t really like the feel). I like that it’s very light, it actually reduces strain and my hands never feel tired even after 3+ hours of non stop gaming. ... show more
