I'll leave the details of what they do to others and the product descriptions. But they do everything they are suppose to do. Immediately out of the box they sync'd with my Xbox S. Great Volume, great mic detection so I hear my own voice. Great balance between in gamer voice and game sounds. So happy! Especially after My debacle with Turtle Beach. Had a pair of Turtlebeach 500. Went through 4 pairs of Turtle Beach and replacement usb sticks, and never got the problem solved. Took a month of back and forth with Turtle Beach. This headset it amazing! I notify as a gift for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. He has a Xbox and used to have some crappy headset he wanted to replace. This HyperX is extremely good quality. Both the audio and mic quality is amazing. He’s very happy with it and he uses it every day. It’s been a few months and they still work like brand new. If you are a girly looking for a high quality headset for yourself or your boyfriend and any guy, this is the one! And in my boyfriend word “I love how is wireless, and you can mute it very easily. Got this headset today and within 10 seconds of turning it on I was connected to my Xbox Series X without having to do anything more than push a button. Although unboxing it and removing all the plastic was tedious and not environmentally friendly. The audio quality is not the best, but it’s good enough for the price point. I haven’t tried to mess with the sound settings yet, but maybe I can make the audio crispier. The mic is highly adjustable and easy to mute, which is great. I got no complaints from my friends while I was chatting with it tonight. The headset is mildly comfortable, a little bit tight around the ears, and the material on the ear pads isn’t the best, but at least it works. Much better than the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 3, which costs twice the price and requires 2 dongles and doesn’t work properly. We’ll see how it holds up, but so far I’m happy. ... show more

First off, I charge it up to full overnight so it can't be the power. Secondly, unsure if this is connected to it being a possibly faulty device, the products name on my pc seems to be "Headset (Xbox Controller)" unsure why So heres the problem. I plug the USB into my pc so the headset could connect (I have used many headsets so this always is fine) I connect the headset to my discord (both input and output) and it works for a few minutes, then without any prompt, in the middle of gaming, it just? Disconnects the input, so people can't hear me anymore (it's not the mute I have tried muting and unmuting. It's not the mic's plug-in I have tried unplugging and plugging back in AND trying to push it in further) the only way for me to be able to get people to hear me again is by going over to my pc, taking out the USB and plugging it back in in the middle of a game, giving me about 30 seconds of not even being able to hear audio in the game until the headset reconnects, after the headset reconnects they can usually hear me again and I can hear the game again. Doing this around 6 times an hour per gaming session is really irritating and making me a liability in competitive games, and ruining any enjoyment of being able to talk to my long distance friends Be very wary if you buy this to talk on discord on your pc. I have used many HyperX products and all have worked perfectly fine, it must just be this headset in particular. This is not going to keep me from purchasing HyperX products in the future but if this becomes a pattern with the company maybe I'll rethink that statement The input audio quality is fine (better than most previous wireless headsets I've owned) when it's working The output is average, about what you'd expect for the price. The range is pretty far, I can go out into my living room past my kitchen with only a few areas I cut out Noise cancelation was less than would be preffered, discord at least has built in noise cancelation, but still I couldn't so much as chew gum or unzip a jacket without broadcasting it to everyone via the mic ... show more
