Bought this for my son, put it together according to the book. Charged for 12+ hours. Still nothing happens to the bike. No power. I finally got ahold of support. They insisted they would send me replacement parts instead of me returning the bike. So I received these replacement parts and replaced them and the bike still in fact did not work. I have reached out to support again and I'm sure nothing can be done but yeah. Its a hunk of junk. Don't waste your money just to break your sons heart. ... show more

They make the description so confusing that I ended up picking the wrong one. I thought the $300 one would have the sounds but not the app. Come to find out there is a $250 one a $300 one and a $500 one. I chose the $300 one and it has no sound it is very basic. The only good thing I can say is that it is very well constructed. If it was not a present for my grandson I would have returned it. But I had already opened it and he saw it on Christmas morning so I couldn't return it. Be very careful of what you order. Also it does NOT come with training wheels! ... show more

We purchase this as a Christmas gift (it came a week late!!). Within the first 4 months it stopped charging. We tried to contact them to see about fixing it but they kept passing me along to someone else and eventually stopped answering altogether. Absolute worst customer service!!
