I have used my neighbors Hynade 140 & I decided to purchase my own and took advantage of Black Friday to upgrade to the MTS 155 FX. More options and price were the biggest factors in my decision. I have used it a few times over the last month and it has worked great for me. Easy to use and has done all I have asked it to do. To say I am a beginner is an understatement but it puts up with my mistakes. My biggest complaint is lack of a detailed manual. The manual is 11 pages or so, with 3 pages taking up with the CYTA of what do and not do so you don't get injured & they get sued. SOP for manuals these days. The pictures of how to connect the electrodes are of a different unit then I have. They have an illustration of what comes with unit but nothing expplainig what the various controls or plugs are for. To find that i had to go to their website. That is inconvenient to pull out your phone each time you need to check on something. Also to set up to MIG weld the illustration shows putting ground in either + or - and running a jumper from plug you are not using to another plug in. There is no place to plug in a jumper on mine. Not a big deal, If there is no place for jumper, not an issue but I still like instructions to match what they are instructing me on. The instructions also seem to have been copied not printed. So far the manual is my biggest complaint. Update: After using this for the last 9 months or so and a lot over the last week I have 2 suggestions. 1. Lengthen the power cord. 2. Lengthen the MIG torch and make it detachable. More of convenience changes for set up and storage. Works great for me.

The welding machine does not turn on. I contacted the seller and did not receive any solution. The service is unacceptable. It's really not worth buying.

Great little welder with plenty of power even on 110v. Decent penetration and easy to move around given its small size. Works great so far. Would recommend.

Advertised as. Mig/rig/stick welder, but only supplies the flux/ stick accessories, but seems to perform these operations well.

The media could not be loaded. Total junk. You sell me a "no gas" input model with no NO KNURLED WHEEL ! Now im an hour from civilization and CANT do Flux core !
