I got this SIM card for travel in Norway and Denmark and it worked very well. The setup process was very simple and required no additional configuration other than scanning a QR code. The connection speed was good. Overall this is a great SIM card for those travelling in Europe.

Registration after receiving the instructions was straightforward on the Mewfi site. I was sent an eSim QR code to my email that I scanned with my iPhone while still in the US a few days before I left. When I landed at my destination, I turned on the eSim and after a few minutes it automatically connected. I had already configured Wi-Fi calling on my primary line and it used the data plan from this eSim giving me the ability to use my primary line abroad. For this to work, roaming must be off on your primary line but on for this data plan. I used the plan for a week and had no issues browsing different sites, playing games, using maps, pretty much anything I needed. Network selection seemed to depend on how good coverage was for a specific provider, I noticed it would automatically switch between providers in Europe to the best one.

I loaded this into my phone before leaving for vacation, but of course could not test it until we were out of the country. Once there, I could not get it to work. The instructions did not help. I ended up buying another local SIM card for that country and using that. I acknowledge that some of this may have been due to my relative inexperience with technology. However, the instructions should be clear enough that anyone can use them. (To be clear, I was able to use the one I bought there, and I had used another in a different country just a couple of months ago, so I am not a total Luddite.)

Update: a problem I encountered is that my phone said I used just under 8 GB and the SIM card stopped working. I contacted the company and they said I had all the 10 GB and sent a usage summary. I suppose it possible. Regardles of this, I still would use this Sim card company again. -------- Currently using this esim in Ireland and it works great. The directions however seem over complicated are confusing. It's a lot easier than they make it seem. Start by scanning the QR code indicated (it's a really small one that is easily overseen) You then enter your order number and email, ensure it correct because that's where your activation qr code will be sent. Best to use a desktop to activate as Once you receive the qr code only a qr reader will work, google scan didn't work. When you arrive turn on the esim AND ROAMING. If you don't turn on roaming dit won't work. Safe travels all.

This eSIM was very easy to install and set up with the instructions provided. I was able to set it up while at the airport while waiting for my flight to UK, and it was ready to use by time I touched down 8 hours later. Coverage within the UK was great, and the connection was fast. I used it primarily for browsing, social media and surfing the web all on my iPhone and I had no issues. Highly recommend!

I took a chance on this and was pleased with the service. Setup was pretty straightforward and I didn’t run into any issues activating the eSIM 2 days before my trip. Upon landing in Munich, it connected perfectly with no issues and I had a fast 5g signal and connected to the o2 network, one of Germany’s bigger networks.
