Ok, I was a little concerned about the low price. It turned out perfectly. The units information was straight forward. If you are handy its an easy task to install this unit. It works perfect and will freeze you out... Watch youtube videos about how to install this unit if you have any questions before you purchase. The WiFi is awesome the remote works well. It looks like these unit are kinda made in the same chinese factory. Lol. But hay who cares as long as they work. You won't be disappointed. It does come in 2 shipments. Dont forget the vacuum pump and maybe some washers if you use a wall mount kit. You will understand. I did have to get a condensation pump and 25ft copper pipes due to my location of the unit. But it worked fine with the extra length. I didn't have to add any extra R32. But I will have to add a 110 outlet for the condensate pump. ... show more

Directions were fairly straightforward. I installed on a food truck so I’m hoping it holds up as a mobile unit. One part of the installation instructions say to use thread sealant, another says it’s not necessary. Electric part was easy. I built a 230 V plug from my generator and hard wired it to the unit. For the price I figured I was getting what I payed for. Had an electrician run the 230V outlet for me. Install was fairly easy. About a 4 hour process. Pulling a vacuum took the longest. I put this in my taxidermy shop that is around 500 sq ft and on the dry setting it keeps it around 66 degrees and 55% humidity. If this even lasts 3 or 4 years it was worth the money. ... show more

I’m very happy with the purchase. In my Airbnb rental home, there is a central air conditioning system, and it keeps breaking down. Every time a technician comes out, it costs me $1,000–$1,500, and sometimes they say it needs refrigerant, which is another $500. They also told me that since the system is already 15 years old, it should be replaced. A new central AC system for my house would cost about $8,000. I decided I am not going to spend that kind of money. Instead, I bought a separate air conditioner and installed it in the living room. It cools the space instantly. It has been working for a year now as a backup to the central system—just in case the main unit breaks again or stops cooling properly, or if guests need extra cooling. Now I’m thinking of installing the same units in the other rooms as well, before it’s too late and before the central system fails completely. I am not going to replace or keep repairing the central AC anymore—it’s no longer practical. Just make sure to pay attention to the wattage and power requirements. 5 star so far. Fairly easy install. very quiet both inside and out. as a extra measure I installed the purple flare seals as this is a weak point in these types of systems. BTU's seem to be correct, I have a 20X35' room with only one door as a heat source and cools down in 15 minutes. Will update if any problems occur. One complaint no reading of current room temperature, only the one it is set to. App and wifi works too. ... show more
