This set is exactly what you'd expect from a mini-basketball hoop but with surprisingly better materials than I would've expected as the backboard is reasonably thick (mine did arrive with a slight crack in one of the corners so unclear if that happened during shipping) and the rim is actually made of metal. The hoop hangs off any standard door via two hooks so no drilling is required and it's a nice touch that they include foam pads for the back so it doesn't nick wherever it is hanging from in addition to providing some sound dampening. The set includes 3 mini-basketballs along with a small pump to reinflate them. A couple extra features I thought were neat but not really necessary were the scoring function, which is a pretty simple timed counter, and the breakaway rim (how hard are people dunking on this thing?!).

I was excited for this to come in but unfortunately the screws didn’t match up with the pre drilled holes. We taped it to the window and it seems to work, but having it over the door would have been much better. I also thought the score board would work, but it just counts down and that is all so we don’t use that either.

The media could not be loaded. This is a simple electronic basketball goal with three mini basketballs. Assembly was quick and took about 10 minutes. The electronics consist of simple score keeping with motion detection and either with audio or without (or play with the electronics switched off). The door hooks fit nicely over a standard door and held in place without issues. Overall, this is a fun set where anyone that enjoys playing basketball will like having on their door.

A well made metal and plexiglass?hoop with electronic scoring. 1. 3 AA batteries are required for the electronic scorer- I used my own phillips screwdriver and once installed it started playing and it - to me- is quite loud- I don't see any volume adjustment or directions although I'm sure a tech savvy young teen will easily figure it out. The volume may be reduced with some tape over the speaker? The off switch is on the bottom of the electronic scorer and I think there are two ways it plays depending on thee switch being moved to the left or right. The main part of heavier metal- and it assembles quickly and can be placed over a door. HOWEVER the Directions are typed out in a 3 pt font so grab your magnifying glass but there are diagrams to accompany the tiny print. I like that the balls are not vinyl inflatables but resemble small basketballs in weight - there's a pump to inflate them I think this is a good gift for children 7-? or adults- Looks like it would be fun to play!

Got this for my teen son and he absolutely loved it! It was an instant win with him and his friend. Even us adults used it and had fun shooting hoops. It was a bit awkward to put together at first but not really that bad. Probably would have been better if I had a second set of hands. LOL It seems pretty sturdy and hooks onto the door very nicely. I really like that it has door hooks so it slides on and off the door so it can be moved to different locations easily. The scoreboard is a neat feature and the boys liked it but it’s kinda on the loud side. 😅
