Invest in a rower and pay the $44 per month for a subscription. Not only can you row with someone else in many beautiful locations worldwide, but there’s a ton of stretching and yoga classes included. I’m surprised that I use the stretching and yoga as much as the rowing. 57 year old former wrestler here, so I won’t be caught dead in a yoga or stretching class, but this is perfect for me. I use the lines in the mat to help with positioning my body, since I’m new to yoga. Strongly recommend seller and all Hydrow products. ... show more

    • A nice supplementary exercise set.
The yoga mat included in this set is black on one side and looks like a topographical map on the other side. It’s nice and thick as well, for adequate cushion and good grip. It contains two resistance levels of bands that just look like giant rubber bands. It also includes 3 resistance levels of the fabric enclosed variety of bands with interchangeable handles. There are also two foam blocks included that help with some yoga poses. Overall it’s a nice set that aids in yoga, Pilates, and gentle resistance exercises. ... show more

Now that hydrow has incorporated more circuit training and floor work into their library, this is a nice set to have. The set comes with: -1 mat (71”x26”), -2 yoga blocks, -and a combination of bands of varying resistance: -2 short resistance bands/loops (1 black, 1 blue), -2 long resistance bands/loops (1 black, 1 blue), -3 resistance bands (green-light, blue-medium, and black-heavy) -2 pairs of detachable handles Everything seems to be good quality so looking forward to using this set in future workouts. ... show more

    • Awesome kit!
Review Image by Oliva Rose
Everything you need for a great workout! My favorite pieces are the resistance bands with the handle attachments. Everything is made well and I would definitely recommend especially if you want to pair these accessories with your hydrow machine. If you think there’s anything that is included that you might not use then i would suggest buying things separately as it may not be a good value then. I hope this was helpful! ... show more

    • Great Kit
I really dont have much to say as I'm a beginner to all this, but all the products seem to be of high quality. The price is high, but to be honest, I think its worth it. The resistance bands and the rubber bands things (lol idk what they're called) are high quality. I'm new to pilates, but so far i've been enjoying everything in the kit. i like the yoga mat, its thick and heavy. ... show more

    • Surprisingly high quality equipment in helpful kit form
My wife is a yoga instructor and is very demanding about her equipment. I like to order new things for her to try but she's always really critical of everything. I'd say that less than 30% of the equipment she tries gets the seal of approval. This is one of the first 'all in one' kits that she's ever liked. The first thing she commented was that the mat is of really high quality. She then observed that everything else in the kit is equally top quality. She even said that it would legit be a great gift for a yoga novice and she never says that about this type of all in one kit. Highly recommended! ... show more

    • Great Kit for Full Body Workout
Bought this for a home gym startup. Very pleased with overall quality and all the accessories. As an avid fitness person, this was great for when I can't make it to the gym. Plenty of accessories for a wide range of quality exercises.
