This was used to lift a 400 pound thickness planer some 3 feet off the ground and onto its final resting area. Only three people had left reviews of the LUMINA LIFTCURE and I am PROUD to be the fourth. When assembled and charged up, the LUMINA easily moved the planer about the concrete floor like it was on a shopping cart. Like handling a toy. I moved the planer up to the workbench and within 10 minutes the monster planer machine was sitting in its place!!! I looked at the LUMINA, and the metal to metal contact had not even left marks on the forklift! All the years of straining my back, lifting heavy objects ARE OVER.... I even have NEIGHBORS wanting to borrow it!!!!

Does it work? Yeah, sort of wonky though. Would I put 450 pounds on it? No way. Are the forks level? Not even close. I tried adjusting the chains but that didn’t help. I’m using it to load a chest freezer in and out of my pickup. For $225 it gets the job done. But it sure would be safer if the forks were level.

So as a one man show for an outdoor nature and child care center this thing has been a life saver! It is great for moving so many types of things and it also is great for holding up a board of anything else so that I can do the work of 2 by myself! It went together very easily and has been great since we got it!

This lift is nice and sturdy. I appreciated that it has both forks and a platform, as I have primarily used the platform around the house. It seems capable of lifting quite a lot. The only significant issue I see with it is the lack of swivel wheels. Once lifted, it is extremely hard to turn. It can be turned if tilted back slightly, but this is not easy to do. I would strongly recommend swivel wheels on the front to make this a more useful general-purpose tool. Otherwise, try to plan for straight paths, I guess?

Great lift. Heavy duty, rolls, and performs adequately, however....the paint they put on it is junk. Flakes right off. It came with paint flaked off. Was easy to assemble and price was decent. It weighs a good bit.

Nice lift to have around the house. The assemble was quick, rolls smoothly. Raising and lowering works nicely. It was missing cotter pins for the fork shaft. Everything else as you can see is amazing. Would recommend this.
