I have had this headset since January. They are superior to Beats Studio Pro, not only 1/4 the price, but in sound cancelling, battery life, useful range, and most importantly, construction. The item is good, but I got an opened item. So I asked for a replacement and sent the other one back. They claimed I never returned it, so they charged me twice for it.

    • HORRENDOUS Audio Quality!!

Raised from 2 stars to 3 stars for the timely and thorough assistance from their team in getting me a refund for the product. Original Post: I've never written a review for any product before, but this one was just too much of a disappointment to not say anything. I was quite looking forward to using these headphones, but unfortunately these were not at all the quality I was expecting. I'll start with the positives about these headphones. They are in fact quite comfortable and surprisingly lightweight as well, and the microphone seems to come in crisp and clear. The big issue, however, with the headphones is the audio quality. Every sound coming out of them is garbled, and it sounds like I'm listening to everything muffled through a soda can. I have gas station earbuds that sound better than the audio from these headphones. Voice calls sound mechanical, and music sounds like its coming from under water. Even though I bought this product on sale for nearly half-off, it still seems vastly overpriced for how it sounds. I personally feel that even if these were $30-40 they would still be disappointing. tldr: the functionality and quality of these headphones are seriously disappointing especially for the price. The microphone is decent, but the sound quality is awful (especially for music). Save yourself the trouble and disappointment of these headphones and look for something else. ... show more

PROS: -crazy long battery life! I use them most of every day, and still only charge a couple times a week. - takes charge quickly, 10 minutes will get you over an hour in my experience -great noise cancelling, better than some high dollar Bose headphones I have tried in the past -Durable. A few months of about 18/7 use and they look brand new. -Good Bluetooth range, longer than most devices I have CONS: -can't charge and play audio simultaneously (this is very common for Bluetooth devices unfortunately) -uses battery to play even with wired connection, due to the use of a 3.5 to USBC for the audio input -on/off button takes unnecessarily long to press... About 6 seconds, where most devices that would be maybe 3. Maybe intended to prevent accidental turning off? ... show more

    • AMAZING SOUND QUALITY, GREAT PRICE AND HOLDS A CHARGE FOR DAYS.
I love these headphones. The best thing about them is that they really do keep a charge for several days. I can plug them in overnight and play my games, watch videos, listen to podcasts and just about anything else I want to do for days before I need to plug them in again. They prevent me having to deal with noise coming from other people around me and also prevent others from hearing what I'm listening to as I wander around the house. The sound quality is excellent. They were an extremely good value, arrived in less than 48 hours and they fold up neatly when not in use.     • Well worth the cost.
Really good sound for a really good price. I’m sure there’s better sound out there for a higher price, but these serve a great purpose without breaking the bank. I got them primarily for when I’m at work and couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend these to anyone looking.
