The production quality is good, the handle is suitable for my hand and conforms to the fingers. I mainly use the pulley rope for lateral resistance pulling. Sometimes the hand holding the handle is a little difficult, when my hand is sweaty, the handle will be a little slippery since it is a hard plastic. It would be great if there is a soft membrane on the handle that could absorb sweat tomake it be more comfortable. Comes with a carrying bag which is nice.

I wasn't sure if I needed these handles, or what they would do for me. However, I was intrigued, mainly because when doing band exercises with traditional handles, my hands tended to slip to the edge of the handle, and it wasn't very ergonomic. I thought that I would try these, and see if they made a difference. Do they ever! It's wonderful to have grooves in the handles, for your thumbs in particular. It makes it a lot easier to do the exercises, and instead of thinking about my hands, and having to reposition them, I can just concentrate on the exercises. My hands feel better afterwards too! I have arthritis in my hands, and these handles really help them to grab ahold of the handle, without gripping it super tightly, in other words my hands are having to do less work. The only thing that I do wish is that they weren't so long. They are great for when I'm doing exercises with the band attached to my door (I just move a little farther away), less so when doing squats or something like that. Then the handles make it so long that the squats are less effective. However, I just put more of the band under my feet, and that helps immensely, and for things like curls, they are perfect! Another thing to be aware of is that until you get used to it, it will seem a little difficult to change position, i.e. facing forwards vs. backwards. You will have to rotate the handles, so they will be right for facing the other direction. This, however, is minor, and it's helped immensely by a label being sewn onto one side of the handle, so if you have them both the opposite, you will know it's right. This is definitely a winner, and you will be glad if you get them!

The pros of these outweigh the cons, but with a few caveats. They do fit the Left and Right hands respectively, and they do a good job at it. There are little (L) and (R) markings on each handle, so you can tell the difference. These work well for me when doing standard rows, presses, etc on the cable machine. The issue arises if one is using a single cable machine, and wants to work alternating arms - lateral arm raises, single arm presses, pec flies, etc -- Every time one switches sides, they have to switch their handle, as they one fit one hand. XD The edges of these, where the nylon webbing runs through the handles, are also fairly sharp, whereas most Professional cable machine handles have flared edges to minimize ware on the nylon webbing. No structural damage to mine so far, but if there is a weak point, that looks like a good candidate. These handles ARE nonporous, nonstinky, etc- but that's also a downfall. They're fairly smooth plastic, so they get kinda sweaty and slippery pretty quickly. They're also just not as comfortable to hold as anything rubberized. They work, I like them, but there are certain drawbacks with unilaterally ergonomic equipment.

I was looking for some handles to use with my exercise bands for PT and thought I would give these a try. I’m glad I did as they’re great. They did take some getting used to for me as I’m not used to ergo handles. But once I did (like anything new), I really liked them. They make using bands a lot easier and feel great in the hand. The carabiners are pretty heavy duty and large so they don’t have much opportunity to cut through your bands the way smaller carabiners can, where the clip meets the body of the carabiner. (I have another set of grips that I no longer use which had smaller carabiners that cut through my band mid-rep resulting in my boys getting snapped pretty hard, lol.) The bag is pretty handy too, I use it to hold my bands which is pretty nice. If you’re looking for ergo grips, I would recommend these. However, if you want grips that you can quickly switch between hands without thinking about it, I would recommend non-ergo grips.

These ergonomic handles for resistance bands seem to be very sturdy and well-made. They come with carabiners and a nice little carrying bag, although without directions. You wouldn't think you'd need directions, but it does take a minute to figure out how you're supposed to hold them. They're designed to fit in your hand in a certain way. Once you figure that out, it's easy enough, but it's not immediately obvious. So I think the handles themselves are made very well. The question I would ask myself if I were considering buying them is, do I want ergonomic handles? The problem is that they have to be held in a very specific way in order to work--the right handle in the right hand and the right way around. You can't just grab them and get to work or switch hands as you would with a normal resistance band handle. For me, that's a considerable downside. They are comfortable, for the most part, although there's kind of a big bump that fits in the palm of your hand that I find a bit annoying. Because I think for me using them with resistance bands every day would be more trouble than it's worth, I decided to use them as hanging handles, replacing the standard handles I had. That way, they're in the right place already--right hand and left hand and facing in the right directions, so I don't have to go through figuring out hand placement each time. I also think that it's easier for me to hang on to them than when using the regular handles. So those are my thoughts. Your mileage may vary.

These are great for use in the community gym where all of the handles and attachments have seen better days. I love that I don't have to worry about germs and frayed cords. These feel great in my hands and I am even able to pump out a few more reps because my hands aren't hurting at all! Get a set of these to toss in your gym bag because they are also super portable!
