Product packaging could use some improvement in order to prevent item from rotating during shipment. Tape or Zip ties would help. Item requested was Blower Motor Fan Assembly 700203 that Replaces 79310TK4A41, 68089118AA. Box received is labeled 700203 but item inside is actually Item 700216 according to pictures in description. Unfortunately the Item received is not usable for the application as requested for a 2500 Dodge RAM. However I did apply power to it and seems to function great only it is for a Jeep Grand Cherokee or Caravan not a RAM Pickup. Wish I could I could provide better information about fitment and durability. Overall this would definitely make a good replacement for its intended purpose.

This is good enough to get by and The Price is Right for the performance, I suppose. Fitment wasn't terrible...took a little more than effort than OEM.. My issue is that the resistor built into this one does not function the same as OEM. This model is probably on fan speed two or three on the lowest setting; and as far as the high setting it maxes out before you get all the way there. I think it's about two or three speeds behind on that as well. So either it's overpowered or underpowered, I don't know, but it's definitely not the same as OEM and it does bother me. Before, on the lowest setting I could hear myself think LOL It does put out more air on the low setting than the OEM ever did, but that also leads me to believe that it is running faster right out the gate... Also the speed doesn't change from one through three. You can hear it step up for a few notches and then nothing again at the end like I was saying. Sorry for the rambling I hope that makes sense. This will work for the time being considering that a new OEM one is around $150..but I'm saving up FWIW I changed my original fan because I could smell the bearing cooking and remove it showed black dust...it was done
