This component is a easy plug n play item. A few screws and clips and the glove box is out. Remove a few more screws and the old unit is out too. Plug in this new unit, reverse the screw, clips and glove box and we are done. Turn on the car and the unit is working perfectly, smooth and quiet. It's working just as expected and I have no issues.

Item showed up just as described, it looked sturdy and durable just like other name brands. Installed and tested out and worked great, perfect air flow and proper speed just like OEM. It doesn’t have a plug for power but it connects directly to manufacturers connection, it’s really just a plug in play since it’s the right and perfect size just like the manufacturers specs.

Used to replace the blower fan in my 2016 Honda Odyssey SE. Drop-in replacement, easy to install, and just as quiet as OEM, though I replaced the OEM fan due to a bad bearing, so my memory of the noise may be a bit off.

Fast delivery and very reasonably priced. After the installation (teamwork with my oldest son, space is too tight to remove the screws and motor.), everything works fine and no more those weird noises (after the old motor removal, there were some leafs and oak cone shells between the fan blades, no idea of how they got in. The original motor might still work.). It looks like a very good purchase.
