Seat is very comfortable when partially deflated. Easy to set up easy to use. Straps come loose often. Mores so when hard paddling. Easy and fast to adjust tight again. With a kayak cooler behind you. I dont even find a need to tighten the straps. Quality seems decent so far. Compared to similar products. By far I like this one. Love the 2 forward strap design. Holds seat firmly in place. Ridden 20 miles so far no issues. I did buy again! 20 more miles with no issues and Ill give it one more star. ... show more

I plan to use my ISUP strictly as a sit-down kayak. I am not interested in pushing it back to stand up. There were no instructions as to what straps went where, so I just hooked it up to make it secure and not move around. it is on a 10ft x 32" x 6" board. so I don't think it will affect the balance. it is set up by the center carry strap. I'll probably have to add to the review after I have had it on the water and paddled around. I also plan to use it in an inflatable kayak to get more height for easier paddling. Absolutely in love with this seat! It makes my paddle board more comfortable than a kayak. I find 5psi is more comfortable than inflating it to 10 or higher. It gives a little cushion. My wife got a normal kayak seat for her paddleboard and I made her try my seat. She instantly decided that she needs to order one of these for herself. It's waaay more comfortable than canvas styles seats. I hope they offer more color options. ... show more

The straps and the hardware are very wimpy. The straps don't hold the seat position, they slip when sitting on it. Can't seem to hold the seat in place on the paddle board and the back of the seat when s sitting on it. The hardware as well... Both pieces of the clasps broke while I was paddling, so I could not use the back support at all. Cheaply made for the price. ... show more

    • Too big for paddle boards
It will cause the paddle board to turn completely over if you end up falling into the river and it will make the paddle board more wobbly because of it's big size
