The product is great! We use it regularly and it never disappoints. My only concern and the only reason for 4 stars is a delivery issue. I only give this product 4 stars because of delivery service issues. And it’s not the only product this happens to. The product keeps getting delivered with broken caps. The seal is still good, but the caps are cracked and broken. This assumes that the caps aren’t broken before shipping. Either way, it is inconvenient. Otherwise, great product!

Upon arrival, the seal was broken and shampoo had crusted around the cap. I suspect this was due to being shipped as just the bottle of shampoo in a box with other items on it. The seller's page at the moment lists this item as 11.7 fl oz / 346 ml. The delivered product is 11.4 fl oz / 337 ml. The last time I bought this I liked the product. After both shipping issues and (minor) differences in description, for over $20, I'll get something else next time.

Have been using this product for a year and have been a satisfied customer. UNTIL I received the body wash on my most recent subscription order. The bottle is smaller (1.7 oz), not a huge deal but the price increased about $9 even with the subscription discount. They also changed the ingredients.
