Easy to assemble. Sturdy support. Rounded legs on bottom make it look better and make it easier to get around. Took longer to assemble that anticipated. 18" is pretty high. I wish I'd have bought the 12" height. Dog likes it though. He can easily run under the bed. All parts included. Good for larger people. Metal construction. Doesn't fold but does disassemble if needed.

Customers should know that the Executive custoer service at Amazon does not give a simple solution to a product problem when 1 part (part 4) is defective. Their solution is to send me a whole new bed, look for the defective part 4 in said box and then return the new boxframe with the old defective part or just return the whole frame after I have already paid for it to be constructed. Sending the whole frame back would mean I have to pay someone to deconstruct it. There's also no guarantee that a new whole bedframe doesn't have a defect too. They refused to come to an easy solution for me. I even said give me a 50% discount on the first frame and then I will pay someone to drill a whole in the defective part - nope, they won't do that either. Beware of Amazon.

Where to start with this horrible product? I thought I was different, that the negative reviews were for others and I would not share the same bad luck with quality control. Imagine this, you're almost done building this frame, yet the last leg doesn't fit because the screw holes were badly drilled. That's fine! You can zip tie it right? Nope! Other bars and support beams were in the same boat! The metal slats that go across the center? Some fit but the side bars were bent at a near u shape that one wouldn't notice unless they were trying to piece together the frame. Tldr? Unless you want literally MISMATCHED PARTS and a headache towards returning the piece of work...don't get it. EDIT 6/28 I would like to formerly apologize for being so hasty in my review, after having a quick email from Harper from customer service, I had saw that she was indeed right in what she had messaged me: "If you encounter an assembly issue like '#7 leg isn't lining up properly with the #5 legs', don't worry. We have investigated and resolved this issue, which is caused by having the labels of parts six and seven reversed. Please note that #6 and #7 are not the same length in horizontal rail; one is shorter than the other. To resolve the issue, you can simply use the shorter one with the #5 parts (the round corners) and connect the longer one with the #1 and #2 part (the square leg)." Doing so had magically fixed my issues, and would like to share that with ya'll as well. Please once again forgive me for my hasty comment, I fully recommend this product as it stands currently.

The assembly was easy and only took about 35 minutes to complete. The instructions are generally clear, but the screw labels were a bit tricky to follow. I ended up using some screws in spots where they werenât supposed to go, but I managed to figure it out. I highly recommend having someone help during the first part of assembly, as itâs useful to have an extra set of hands to hold the other end of the frame. That said, itâs still possible to assemble the bed on your own. I strongly suggest having a Torx screwdriver (size 30) available for the job. Fortunately, I had one, which made assembly much quicker. If you also have a Torx 30 bit for your power drill, it will definitely speed up the process. I did end up missing a couple of bolts when tightening the last set of screws, but it was manageable. Iâm not sure if I misplaced them or if the package was missing a bolt. Overall, Iâm pleasantly surprised at how sturdy the bed frame is. However, I wouldnât recommend letting kids jump on it, though I havenât tested that out myself yet.
