This product is absolute garbage. I received my new Helix 7 in undamaged packaging, installed the unit per the instructions, and my unit would never pick up a GPS signal. As such, maps would never display, making the unit useless. After speaking with Humminbird, it was determined that the unit would have to be sent back to the factory to be repaired. I sent my unit in the next day, and waited close to 3 weeks to have the unit returned to me. After a long wait, I received the unit back from the factory....and now the screen will not even turn on. Save your money, and buy a unit from a company that actually stands behind their products and makes timely repairs on brand new items! Unless of course you like waiting on hold for hours on end waiting to finally speak to a person, waiting even longer for your unit to be "repaired", and then have a $750 paper weight returned to you. ... show more

1 year and 3 months later and it won't turn on. Have to pay a $230 service fee to fix it. Very poor customer service also.
