I am thoroughly impressed with this unit. This is my first livescope unit and I am seeing things underwater that are creating new places to fish. Seeing structure with fish swimming around it is changing my fishing, I have watched them chase my bait and eat it. First one I’ve ever. But seems to work just fine. Don’t care for the way it mounts to trolling motor gonna buy a separate pole and mount off the side of my boat. Because if the wind is blowing you can’t stay on your target cause you’re constantly on the trolling motor. Other than that I like it.

I got it on sale. It is very good for the price. budget friendly. FYI there are limitations since it is budget friendly. You have 1 of the down sensors and 1 of the forward sensors of the AT2 arrays. It’s is really good for shallow fishing. Deeper fishing 15’ down you won’t start being to start seeing fish about 20’ out in front of you. ... show more

The new screen is really clear in the day light. You have to play with the depth a bit but this unit definitely helps understand what fish want and put you on them. Not a fan of the down live but the fwd live is pretty good. The cmaps aren’t the best or accurate but I’m using this just for fwd sonar not mapping. If you are not able to spend $4,000 on a live sonar setup but would like to have one then your in luck. This is not the best but it works, the beam is small and you have to be precise when you aim it but does the job. You will need a pole for it because the small beam makes using it mounted to your trolling motor very diffucult, not impossible but very hard ... show more
