The media could not be loaded. I didn't expect leather for this price but I was looking for a better finish than this one. It looks fake. I have had products for this price looks like real leather but it was not leather. The bag looks and feels good and put together well and it is strudy. The pen holder in the front is too tight. You can barley get your hand in there. A few pens and a checkbook,I'm old, is the limit. The filing compartments do not open up wide enough. In one place I have planner and electronic case neither are full and its tight. Where I have my iPad is small and a cometic bag and one pair of sun glass. I have to squeeze another small make up bag its a tight fit. My plan was to use as a purse just one bag a day but it is so tight fitting. No where to add keys. I just have a car key. There is no place for it. The tiny strap to hold the handles togather, you will lose, it is not attach to the handle. It looks like it has a lot of room but it doesn't. Therefore, this price is too much for what you get. The wheels, it rolls real smooth. The pull up handls is strudy. I am returning the bag,sorry. No more of scraping my knuckles. It would be better if it open wider.

I wish this rating system has half stars, because it truly deserves a 4.5. I wish that the pockets could expand upon unzipping to make it easier to hold and pull information. The leather looking material is very nice. It rolls great, and the handle is actually long enough for my arms! I am 5'1 with a 33" arm length, so this is very helpful in knowing that it isn't too short. It's a little heavy due to the material and wheeling system, but rolling is a breeze. I'm very thankful I chose this one.

My much loved and much used first Samsonite rolling briefcase (purchased in 2016) was looking a little weathered and worn and the wheels were starting to stick. After some amount of hunting, I was delighted to find this updated version of my first briefcase - and I'm even happier now that it's arrived. It has the same basic dimensions and compartments, but it seems a bit lighter. I can easily fit a tablet, laptop, and a few lined pads or files, pens, etc. inside. If you have more, you can always balance a second bag on top of the briefcase itself, using the extended handle to support the extra bag. In fact, I recently went to a meeting and managed to transport a pad of standard newsprint, along with a second bag of markers and post-its, all balanced on top of the briefcase. And I was able to roll the whole thing to a meeting about a tenth of a mile away without carrying anything in my other hand. It's hard to find something with these dimensions - study and spacious enough to hold essentials without being a hefty suitcase. I've been on many flights with my first briefcase (again, same dimensions), and I've always been able to fit it under the seat in front. The only problem I ever had was when the toggle clasp on my first briefcase broke after a few years, just before a business trip by plane - I ended up using a belt around the whole briefcase to make sure the front pocket didn't open en route. It actually looked cool and made me feel extra secure about jostling the whole thing (I only used the belt when flying, to be clear). I highly recommend this "mobile office." It's a great product and makes my life a whole lot easier.

I returned it day after receiving it because the handle doesn't stay up. It's missing one of those pegs that go into a hole to keep the handle extended. That's disappointing quality control for Samsonite. I'll update when I get new bag and use it. It feels a bit cheap but would probably serve its purpose.

I use this briefcase on wheels for work since I take home files and laptop to work on. I’m not supposed to lift over anything 10lbs so this has helped tremendously. Very durable, stylish (love the purple lining, nice touch) and lightweight. I’ve received several compliments and others who plan on purchasing one. I am giving one as a gift for my niece who started a new job!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this bag vs. the price. This bag is just the right size for a laptop, files, notebook, wallet, laptop cord, and miscellaneous health and beauty items. There are other old reviews about the handles and they must have fixed the issue. When pulling the arm up, you can pull it through the handle so the handle doesn't drag. Or, you can use the snap to snap them together to keep from dragging. The snap is attached to one of the handles and doesn't come off, so you wouldn't lose it. The wheels are smooth and quiet. The reason I gave it four stars is because sometimes the handle doesn't go up and down super smoothly. You have to pull or push a little to get it up or down. Even though the bag is not leather, it feels like it. It's not stiff and has a nice soft feel to it. It could be easily wiped down in the rain. The bag also looks nice for a ladies a bag. It's not overly bulky or manly looking like so many of them are.

Love this roller briefcase. It has a feminine edge to it while being sleek and professional. Its compartments are of good size and holds more than I expected it would. Love the padded area for my laptop. It is easy to lift and/or roll. The wheels are sturdy and the height of the handle is good. I also carried a light box on it as I rolled it to my car and it felt strong enough to handle that and more. The wheel shaft inside of the case is not so much of a problem - it doesn't take up much space unlike other similar cases I've seen. When I filled it to capacity, it looked as though it was going to tumble forward but it did not. The only Con I can mention is that the handle does not stay up in the full position when you let go of it, it will fall back down to 2nd or 3rd hole, which means I have to bend to reach it (while that is not a problem for me, I mention it incase you need one that remains in position). Although that should not be a deal breaker since everything else about the case is great. This is a good purchase for me and I definitely recommend this product.
