I have been desperately searching, high and low, for something to NATURALLY ease my anxiety. My dad passed away a few months ago and it has made my anxiety skyrocket. I have always been anxious here and there like most people-before a presentation, etc. The last few weeks its been at an all time high because of mourning his loss. I would not consider taking something prescribed such as xanax, and in my searching I found that this big chill would be a good alternative. Took a chance and thought well, at the very worst it wont work. This is day 2 of taking big chill and honestly ive already noticed a big difference. 2 of my major physical symptoms from anxiety are really bad chills / shakes and dry heaving / gagging. So much so that it makes me a nervous wreck to be in public sometimes in case I experience a physical symptom. In the last 48 hours that I have taken big chill I have barely shaken at all and havent dry heaved in public or anywhere at all. I definitely feel more relaxed. I do think that I am noticeably a little more tired, but nothing that makes it unbearable. I can still drive, talk to people, etc, but I am definitely a little sleepier than usual. I guess thats the calming part of this. Since its only been 2 days I cant say what I will feel like in a week or month from now, but If I have more to update than I certainly will. I am honestly surprised that I am feeling relaxed at all, especially in terms of physical symptoms because thats the worst part of anxiety for me. Im going to continue to take big chill every day and if I have more to add I will definitely post an edit to the review! Update after another week: I’ve taken it several more times, but not every day. I’ve noticed a significant difference between the days that I do vs don’t take it. I am MUCH more anxious when I don’t take it. Loving these so much!

I’m a somewhat anxious and stressed person in general, but it went through the roof last week when I discovered a breast lump. My diagnostic testing to check for cancer is a few weeks away. I haven’t been sleeping well at all, and found it difficult to concentrate in my day to day life. I took a Big Chill pill last night with dinner. I felt it kick in about 1 to 2 hours later. This was the most relaxing night I’ve had in a week! I was able to watch a movie and just focus on that. Read a book before bed time, and slept like a baby. Big Chill is amazing and I’m so grateful it keeps my stress level low. And just after 1 pill. I can’t wait to see long term results after a month or 2.

HUM gets rave reviews online but it's hard to know who to trust. I took as directed for 30 days with no noticeable improvements. There was no taste (coated capsule) they were easy to swallow and priced competitively in comparison with some of the other name brands.

I had read that this has given some people dizziness so was a bit concerned but I take it at night and no side affects so far! Haven’t noticed any difference but only been taking it a week. No gross burping taste or aftertaste at all!

If you're suffering from stress and anxiety like I am, do yourself a favor and purchase this. I was so stressed and every little thing was making me lose it. I couldn't stand myself! Anxiety? Was taking the best of me! Since I started taking these I feel like myself again. I'm literally chill all the time. I can still focus at work and function normally. It does not leave me drowsy or anything like that. I've been relaxed and happy! I did not experience any side effects and I'm so glad I found this product! The best is that it's Natural! I refuse to take prescription medication that will leave me completely dependent on. I always prefer the natural approach! Thank God for these pills!

I really, really wanted to like this product. I had never tried Rhodiola Rosea before but since I suffer from chronic anxiety and depression and if possible, would rather go a natural route rather than anti-depressants. After two weeks, I had nausea and stomach pains. I couldn't drink my coffee in the morning because not only did it make me feel sick to my stomach, I would also develop pain almost as if I had the stomach flu. I also was hyper-sensitive to emotional stimuli and all I could keep thinking about was the bad and painful memories of the past. Of all of the natural remedies I've tried to treat my GAD, this has been by far the worst product I've tried. Please, if you decide to try this please take note of how you are feeling each day. If it doesn't get better and you end up feeling worse, stop taking this and return to Amazon for a refund.

ok, so i’m one of those people who reads like all 900 reviews before i decide to purchase a product, but i NEVER review products. so i figured i’d pay it forward. i am a 3rd grade teacher, that says enough in itself. between instruction, grading, meetings, lesson planning, i am ALWAYS overwhelmed with the demands of the job. last year i almost had a nervous breakdown more than once. and i’m easily one of the most anxious people on the planet! i’ve been taking big chill for about 2-3 months now and i SWEAR that my anxiety has almost vanished. i’m not overthinking every little situation, i’m not allowing my job to stress me out anymore, i’m setting and keeping boundaries with my work/personal life. my social anxiety is gone and i’m actually going out more. i swear by these vitamins. i’ve referred them to everyone i know because i truly believe that if they work for me, they can work for anyone.

This really really works for me. I am in the healthcare field and had so much anxiety over the past year and I started taking this. I was on lexapro for 5 years and discontinued taking it at the advice of my doctor. I started taking these just to see if they would help and maybe I wouldn’t have to go back on the lexapro- it worked! I have less anxiety and feel generally more at ease. If I ever miss a couple of days, I immediately notice a difference. I am hooked!
