*This review is only for the dip bar Heavy duty. More solid than doing dips on my old "power tower" And this is the only dip bar I could find that would fit the tubing on my french fitness dual pulley tower (FF-DPWMCC). All I had to do was drill 1" holes on the pulley tower for dips and storage. Pretty sleek and fits like a glove! And $70 for something this solid is a bargain! ... show more

    • Too small/narrow, wobbles
This would be great for a smaller person. Not someone who is normal height and framed. I’m over 6’ and 205lbs and at the widest point it’s simply too narrow to comfortably do dips on. Causes shoulder pain when other dip bars do not. It also had horrible wobbling. Which I was able to fix by adding padding to the inside of where it attaches to a rack, but that should not have been an issue to begin with. ... show more

Fits nice and snug on the rack and feels comfortable to do dips on. Only knock on this is that the weight capacity says 300lbs. I weigh 190lbs and when I do weighted plates with one 45lb plate, it doesn’t feel all that trustworthy. However, it is a budget attachment. Considering that, it is a great piece of equipment. Just don’t expect to be able to push the limits of its weight capacity. I would rate this 4.5 if possible. Just not a perfect score :) ... show more

The portion of the dip bars that connect to the cage is about 1/2” too big for the cage, so the dip bars wobble too much for real use

I mounted on a squat cage with 2” square tubing, and still very sturdy. Works exactly as expected. Great value, wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

    • Great addition to hulkfit racks
Added this to my wall mounted hulkfit rack. I’m about 170 and this feels sturdy and does not wobble while I’m doing dips. The welds and construction all seem solid. Also like that I can take it off and hang it on my wall when not in use.

Good quality dip bar for the Hulkfit Pro Rack. It’s not super wide for wide grip dips, but overall happy with the purchase and a lot better than the small dip bars that come with it.
