Item had been previously opened; missing parts. No instructions included within packaging either. All around one of worst experiences ever! Unfortunately, circumstances warranted keeping chairs and making do with it as received…lots of new words invented during extended assembly. Once finally assembled, chairs look nice, very sturdy. Will never order any furniture from Amazon that requires assembly again. ... show more
