Beautiful piece! Simple to assemble. Was able to do it myself took about 30-45 min. Love that I could carry it it pieces upstairs so I didn’t need anyone to help me lift it. Looks exactly as pictured, the size is perfect for the space I had.

Really Impressed! Overall, exceeds our expectations! Can use this for smaller apartments, game rooms, enclosed porches/sunrooms, bedrooms. Love the linen texture. Would call the color more a "vanilla"- However, it went really well with our rug, Credenza and wood tv stand/coffee table-ALL from Amazon! Plan to purchase some cute decor pillows for it. Going for the Rustic-Cottage look! (Hubby says it took him "a little longer than expected to put together, but it was not hard). Hubby said he was not happy the delivery person left the box downstairs in the front of the apartment building we live at. Easy to put together. One pre set screw was stripped. Used pliers to loosen and tighten. Looks great at dining table. Probably not worth 300+. Fabric is stapled on. Cheap.
