INITIAL IMPRESSIONS: This tablet is lightweight, beautiful, only has 1 cable, and even brings an adaption plug for the phone. I also was surprised by the glove! For nearly 4 years I used the H610Pro V1, and was super reluctant to get another one. I didn't want to waste money by buying a crappy Huion, since I know some have issues. However, I've been VERY pleasantly surprised by the quality & ease of use. The only issue I had was the set up. I spent a LONG time rebooting/reinstalling drivers/etc. trying to see why in the world my pen sensitivity wasn't working! I left for work and 6 hours later, after having done literally nothing to it, it just decided to work. Is it easy to set up? Yes, for someone who has extensive backgrounds fixing H610 issues haha. It might be challenging if you run into issues with this product's pen sensitivity because there's little to no info out there. Regardless, it works now!! One big upgrade is how easy it's been to map out button shortcuts with this tablet! I also love the 'touchscreen' buttons on the top right, super cool design. Let's see how long this tablet last. My 4yo H610pro is still working just fine so I'm expecting that!

I ended up aquiring a Wacom for a steal shortly after purchasing this, and would never end up using it. That being said, this is one of the slimmest full size tablet that I've had. The slider works nicely, was very responsive, the media buttons and software both worked well. Because of the lack of physical buttons, it slipped right into my laptop bag on top of my laptop and didn't even feel like it added any weight or girth to the bag. I could definitely recommend this to someone looking for a tablet of this size and on a budget. My next step up would be the Huion inspiroy L.

For this price point, this is most definitely one of the best tablets you can get. It’s very roomy, has mappable buttons, and has great pressure sensitivity levels. Pros: -great price point! -large drawing space, with settings that allow you to adjust your preference -great pressure sensitivity -the pen feels comfortable in the hand, as it’s a thicker than a pencil and has some grip on it. -the touch bar at the top has some versatile options! I enjoy being able to control my music when working without having to switch tabs. -mappable buttons!! I love the aspect of being able to select which button does what. Very handy for actions like undo/redo, eraser, etc.. Cons: -user interface could use some work. Sometimes this tablet is a little weird at times, so I have to plug it in and unplug it a couple times when I use it to get it to register. Not a huge problem, just slightly tedious. -the pen is a little cheap. The button on the pencil is a little awkward, and it’s cheaply made. It keeps falling off. At this price, this makes sense. -the stand for the pen is only for looks, it does not actually keep the pen from falling over when tapped or bumped ever so slightly. I ended up using the little strap on the tablet’s side more often than the stand. -the touch bar at the top is sometimes more trouble than it’s worth. More often I find myself accidentally touching it, and activating a random function without meaning to. It can be a little frustrating to be working and suddenly switch tabs, close a window, minimize something, etc. without meaning to, because all of the buttons on the touch bar are close together. My fingers aren’t larger than average but I found myself having some trouble with this. -the way the buttons are lined up made it a little difficult to remember which ones I mapped to what. They all look the same, and when working quickly it’s hard to distinguish between them because they’re all in a single column. Personally, none of the cons were dealbreakers for me. Very satisfied with this purchase!!

I originally got the Huion Q11k because of the wireless ability, but it was too big personally (hand had to travel quite a bit to reach different ends of the tablet). I ended up going for this one because it was newer, smaller (but still not small small), and it had more buttons, a Usb-C connector, etc. I've only used it a few times so far but have enjoyed it. My biggest gripes are how light/cheap the pen feels (the pen with the Q11k had a battery and still felt too light/cheap, this one has no battery in the pen and is even lighter). The buttons feel cheap on the pen as well. I'd much prefer a heavier and sturdier pen, preferably made of aluminum or another metal, or a durable plastic with weights inside. The pen cradle that came with this one was also a small, lightweight plastic holder, whereas the pen holder in the Q11k had a metal base which was heavy enough to keep it stable on your desk and upright without flipping over. This one feels like a cheap afterthought. I also wish the tablet/pen were more sensitive when hovering the pen over the tablet as a mouse. I've found Wacom tablets I've used you can have the pen higher off the tablet than the Huion before it loses signal. Last thing was I wish the USB C connector was on the top-left corner, like the Q11k, rather than the center of the left side. I am happier it has a usb-C connector than the micro-USB connector, however. Overall, I'm happy, however, and think it will do great. Huion makes these at a steal compared to Wacom, for still great quality. I really hope they can start improving the quality of their pens.

Amazing tablet, especially for the money. It has amazing compatibility, Linux/Windows/Mac/Smartphone (Linux needs some setup), it works left handed, it has USB c so it's a durable plug that stays out of the way, the drivers are very easy to use. If you've had an interest in drawing and are thinking about digital art, get this tablet. It's so fun to be able to play with all the brushes and be able to trace pictures digitally. I also love the fact that my drawings aren't sitting in a notebook to embarrass me later or if someone sees it lol. If I mess up I can delete it without feeling like I'm wasting paper.
