I received the huffy bike yesterday and the front time did not inflate, I assume it is a punctured tube. When I called the customer service about the defective product, I was told they would send out a new tube. Problem: The tire comes fully assemble. NOT piece by piece. So it is Huffy's expectation that: 1) I know how to change a defective bike tube 2) I have the tools to change a defective bike tube 3) And if I do not have the knowledge or the tools, watch a Youtube video to learn how an BUY the tools required to repair the tube. The rest of the bike is fine, which is why I gave this a 3 star. The customer service sucked. Flat out, I should not expend my time and/or money to fix their defect. I purchased this bike as a gift for my granddaughter, her birthday wasn't until Sept 29th. So she just recently actually started riding it. Shortly after she started riding it, they noticed that the front wheel is bent, but the return window closed Sept 15th. I forgot to say it was a gift when I bought it! Is there anyway to return it now? She can't ride it with a bent wheel. They live in Florida, I live in Michigan. ... show more
