The kit contains everything needed to create very pretty decorations. The pipe cleaners are good quality. The instructions are reasonably easy to follow. I am new to these crafts. It took some patience and practice but it became easier to get my projects to come out nicely fairly quickly.

My teen daughter is big into making pipe-cleaner flowers and bouquets, and when I saw that she was sadly lacking in the purple department, I snatched up this whoppingly huge set of 400. Not only does it come with 400 pipe cleaners; it also comes with everything you need to make the flowers shown in the listing, which includes floral wire, glue sticks, ribbon, tape, decorative paper, and links to video tutorials. These pipe cleaners are awesome. If you have spent any time buying these, then you already know that pipe cleaners are not all created equal. These are super soft and dense, with a steel core wire that is both substantial and flexible. No wimpy pipe cleaners here! The colors are gorgeous too. The darkest color from the listing looks like maybe it's navy, but rest-assured -- it's a deep, dark purple. From here, it looks like the color shows accurately from my pic. She's a little backlogged on all the projects she wants to do, but she's anxious to get started with these to try her hand at these new-to-her flowers. I would absolutely recommend these pipe cleaners from this brand! (And they come in several colors too!) ... show more

They all look super high quality, but I was so disappointed that there was no instruction packet like there was in the other designs.
