Mine did not work properly out of the box. I tested this airbrush with water when it arived and the flow was very inconsistent and the spray it produced had a very oval-ish shape to it. The problem was the cone for the needle was not centered in the housing around it so the air was only flowing on one side. I was able to bend it to center but it was difficult as it only needed to move like 1/64th of an inch. I would have tried for a replacement but it didnt SEEM hard to fix at first and it does work fantastic now that the needle-cone thingy is centered. Actually it works better than I thought it would, the flow is very consistent and precisely controlled. The regulator under the paint cup works well, there are no leaks, and the whole thing is easy to take apart and clean or replace parts when needed. I'm new to airbrushing but after my initial repair this this is a breeze to use. Would be 5 stars if I didn't need to return it or repair it myself. ... show more

Once you get the flow regulator right it works well, best if you warm up the paint. The trigger is not super smooth but the pricing is.
