This machine sucks! I purchased it in December 29, 2024 and it stopped working in first part of February 2025. I only used 4 times. Amazon sent me a link to contact seller when I reported the problem and they did not respond. The worst part was Amazon charged me $38 for damage fee!!

It seems to work it definitely sends a strong shock wave. I do wish the settings were adjustable. The description does state they are pre-set I just didn't understand how that effects using this device.

Its actually illegal to sell a machine like the doc uses without medical license ect... This is basically a massager with a concussivem percussive head....it in no way similar to a WAVE machine that ED centers use. Those machines are like $15,000 and you need a lic to buy one for safety reasons. Save your money! This will not do what a Wave machine does, re grow new capillaries and vessels in your Johnston. ... show more

I didn't receive the tool to remove the bullet nor did I receive an extra bullet or o-rings. These parts will wear out a long with the heads. I contacted company they seemed helpful at first & was asked to send a picture but quickly was told the unit does not come with those parts & that they don't sell them for aftermarket. So when the bullet & heads wear out your machine is useless. The other thing that bothered me is the day after I made my purchase they raised the price $5.00 & then the next day after they raised the price another $10. The machine could send stronger shockwaves. It doesn't get deep enough. You really need to push in & I found the smallest head to be the only useful one. All of the machines sold here no matter if they're $170 or $2k are all the same power & same electronics & made in china. If you want a good one best buy a Canadian made one they use in the clinics. The 1k to 2k units sold here are just made to look more expensive & don't put out 5 bar. Most clinics use 2.6 bar. That is the strength of the shockwave. The higher the frequency is the more like a massage it is. So it's important to get the frequency range right. This unit & others on here are all radial & not focused wave so if you're looking for ed none will help you. Most clinics use radial for injuries & that's why I bought it but again not enough power to get deep enough. ... show more
