Assembling this equipment was a piece of cake. The instructions are pretty basic, however, the pictures in the assembly manual are helpful to make assembly rather easy. After assembling, I jumped on to figure out how to use this machine (there is no user manual). After a few attempts at doing squats, I figured it out and it works nicely. I haven't figured out how to make adjustments (yet) in order to change the intensity of my workout. The machine has three capabilities: squats, rowing, and extra straps for arm lifts. The "console" is not accurate in performing counts as it jumped from 10 to 24 after performing one additional squat. Regardless, it gave my muscles a workout without puting too much stress on my joints (which is exactly what I was hoping for). I recommend this product. ... show more

The seat is very stable, quite comfortable, and looks good. The installation is not complicated and it took me 20 minutes to assemble it myself. It is easy to move after assembly. This product is easy to assemble, after laying out all items & reading instructions, it’s easy! It comes with everything you need. It’s really slim & lightweight, so it can be moved around easily in the home! So you can move it in front of your tv & work out during your shows! I love it! Now this machine gave me a workout. It was so easy to use and put together and it seemed like it wasn’t working until the next morning I was so sore which means it was working. I will be doing this every day for six months.

This machine was easy to assemble, the directions actually made sense and were clear. I figured this out pretty quickly, but it took a little bit to figure out how to change the resistance to up my workout game. I think this is a good budget friendly piece of workout equipment. It's not the high end tier, but it's not complete junk either. It's in the middle. Will this last for a very long time? I'm not sure, it's sturdy, but it doesn't feel top notch sturdy. Time will tell, but for an affordable machine for now, it's worth it. ... show more
