The media could not be loaded. They come out so vibrant each time! I haven’t gotten any ghosting just perfect and so easy to use. It comes well packed and also includes heat tape and pink heat gloves! I love that it’s automatic and heats up pretty fast. I really truly recommend this product. When it prints it does a nice job. Once you start doing 2 at a time the pressure is not even. Wasted almost a dozen mugs. I was so excited to get this machine, but it definitely did not meet my expectations. Horrible waste of time. No phone number to talk to anyone, Chat doesnt work. Finally got a response and they gave me some temperature settings to try. Did not work. ghosting on one side sometimes and blurring. I thought I could save time running two mugs at once but all that did was help me waste 2 mugs instead of one. Company requested that I send video of my process. I did that and that was a day ago and still no response. The machine looks nice and in a perfect world would be great to have if it worked correctly. I would not suggest this product and I have initiated a refund. My old Knight press prints better than this! ... show more

I probably should have read the reviews more carefully. The unit that arrived seriously has uneven pressure, uneven temperatures, and runs a fraction of an inch smaller than advertised. The 3 inch mug is an extremely tight fit, and I ruined several trying to get a clean transfer. I’m sorry II probably should have read the reviews more carefully. So far I made 2 tumblers 20 oz. The first one I put it in at 390 for 215 turn out ok but needed improvement. The second one I did temp 390 for 90 seconds and then turn 180 and put back on for 90 seconds. Turn out great! They could use better temp in the instructions. easy to use but smells very awful. The films smell bad, especially when the machine opens up. Make sure you have a window open. You’ll need the fresh air. ... show more
