This is a game changer when taking things off the heat press. Set it down on your piece come back to it a few minutes later and the piece is cool to touch. No more burnt fingers! I especially enjoy using it with hair clip pieces. I can assemble the whole clip within minutes. I find it easy to let it cool while applying my adhesive, before pulling my tape off. Very small but effective. It is a cooling block and it does cool off the prints once it comes off the heat press. It feels and looks like a block of clear glass.
