A bit shorter than seen in the pictures but overall it’s a great product! Took a few hours to put together with one other person. For the price, it’s a great couch! Cushions were comfortable, but one did come pretty squished. I am hoping it plumps up soon. Overall, I recommend buying!

HTTH got off to a great start with me when they acknowledged my order through email. This is rare and commendable--all customers like to feel there is a human being on the other side of the "Place Order" window, and when you also get a name to write to, you feel engaged. My furniture boxes arrived promptly, and even though it took my husband several hours to put all the pieces together, we were both pleased with the look and feel of the patio set, even though the weaving of the rattan on a couple of the pieces was not straight. But there was one bigger problem. A corner of one of the side chairs was not squared off, so it could not be screwed in to the rest of the chair. This was obviously a manufacturing defect, and when I notified "Monica" at HTTH, she handled it beautifully. Not only did she send me a replacement, which arrived very quickly, but she also sent me a furniture cover to thank me for my patience. This was above and beyond what I expected. So not only do I feel I got great value for my dollar, but the relationship with the company left me smiling. If I ever need more patio furniture, HTTH will be at the top of my list. ... show more

READ WHOLE REVIEW: I had done a lot of review browsing before committing to this sectional. I was looking for something that had resilient cushions and didn’t care too much about the wicker. Initially I was pleased, the product shipped quickly(I think it shipped from Georgia), the cushions seem to be what the reviews said and overall the product was exactly what I expected from reviews. Unfortunately when I got the package I realized they sent me 4 of the same boxes with no instructions, hardware, corner pieces or table. I proceeded to email them, there is a slight delay in reply but no longer than 12 hours(I assume their headquarters is overseas). They were quick to send the other two boxes (although the actual shipping took a little longer than the first shipment) with the correct items as well as a handy Alan wrench socket. They also let me keep the two incorrect pieces that were sent initially hence the super huge sectional/extra seating in the pictures. I feel like I remember reading that it took someone a long time to put this together but that’s not the case, these are very easy to put together with about 8 screws per seat. Normally I don't buy products with zero reviews, especially large items that are a nightmare to return. However, thanks to 'rona, outdoor furniture is nearly impossible to find this summer and most highly rated sets either cost 3x this one or won't ship until September, which defeats the purpose. With such a low price, I was expecting low quality and was quite surprised with how well made it is. Not perfect, but certainly great for the price. Packaging was in 4 boxes, but they used the pillows for almost all of the packing material so there was only a bit of recycling from the boxes themselves which I appreciated. Assembling them took a while, but it was easier than the IKEA dresser I put together a few weeks ago by far as a comparison. The set is low to the ground, but that is pretty common for outdoor furniture. In the pics I don't have the glass top on the ottoman because I just carried all of this up 3 flights of stairs to the roof and I'm tired, haha. Very happy with this purchase! ... show more

We actually purchased this set but with one seat less, thinking it would fit better in our indoor/outdoor room. The set showing in the above pictures are shown with one extra seat, which I will explain: When the set arrived (it arrives in 2 increments: the first and second box being box 1 and box 3), we were excited to start start assembling but still had to wait for the third box, (box 2)which came about a week later. When the box arrived, it was a very small, 2 inch wide by 24 inch long box…hmm? Inside was some sort of a cheesy ikea type umbrella stand??? Not really sure but certainly not the last section of our patio furniture! After contacting the company, they told me that some sort of mix up had happened and the set I ordered was out of stock. So, basically the 2 parts to the first set we ordered are completely useless without it’s other part of the set to complete it. They agreed to send another set to us without any issues. Same set, just one seat more, same color and same coffee table. At first they offered me a similar set but a different color and with a half rounded type coffee table, which wasn’t what I wanted. They were more than happy to consider me in what I wanted and originally ordered and I was more than happy with how customer service treated us. As it works out, the set fits really well in our outdoor space. The includes the red pillows shown but I placed some of my own on in some of the pictures. The set is comfortable but the seats seam a tad bit short in the legs…but we are fairly tall people. The back cushions are nice and cushy. If I put my legs up and sit in a corner….super comfy!! I would highly recommend. My husband assembled it in one afternoon but he is quite buildy-savvy. We have ours in a covered space but I’ll follow up next season with another review and tell how it’s done over the course of the seasons. It will of course be exposed to dampness and occasional pets sitting on it. We are super happy with this set!! ... show more
