those were easy to assemble but you definitely need 2 people to do it. It took my husband and I probably 30-40 min per chair and faster for the second one Table was easy as well Looks so beautiful and very comfortable to lay on LOVED THOSE CHAIRS !!

Easy enough to put together, though the instructions show the use of the included Allen wrench throughout the process, which only fits the final hinge screws. The hardware set does include a small ratchet with a larger Allen key which is used for most of the hardware installation. The ratchet is a nice touch, compared to typical DIY hardware sets. The hinge itself is rather thin for heavy outdoor use; time will tell how that stands up. The cushion straps/ties are not well thought out. My primary suggestion would be for the factory to drill both sides of the seat bottom to which the side table attaches, rather than just one side. That way you would have the option to put the side table on either the left or right of the chair. We have e a small side table/umbrella stand that we use between our chaise lounges (which these are replacing after 8 years of use), so I did not install the side tables on these chaises. I was hoping it would be a universal left/right fit so I could mount them on the outside of the chairs and still use the side umbrella table in the middle. Priced fine for what they appear to be, but time will tell if they withstand our heavy pool use (we do cover in the winters and bring them in).

These chairs are nice and sturdy, but the blue color faded so quickly - like within 1.5 months they were this different. We took the covers off today and put the final one together and look at the difference! So frustrating that they look so worn and we haven’t even used them.

Fold up drink holders should have been described in instructions more clearly. More detail how to fasten to side of each chair. And nuts and bolts more organized for assembly. Individual little plastic bags for each set needed. Company Sent all together in one package. Very comfy and impressive looking furniture for outside furniture. Looked great on our deck.

Perfect set of loungers for relaxing outside. Assembly was easy, especially if your handy and it’s definitely sturdy. The price is great, especially for 2 pieces. The best part though was the customer service. I ordered 2 sets and before I was charged for the second set, Ellen reached out to make sure my order was correct. Than when Amazon only delivered one, but stared it was 2, I reached out and Ellen assured me she was tracking it and it would be there the next day. Overall, I love our chaise chairs. They are comfortable and a great product for the money spent. My complaint is that one of them came with a missing strap on the head pillow and there is absolutely no way to fix the issue which means there is no way for the head pillow to stay in place. When you click "contact seller," it directs you to Amazon and then no matter what you select, you just go in circles. We did not want to return two full, already assembled chaise lounges due to this, so just have one with a pillow that won't stay put. (This is because of how very much I love these chairs). Again, love the chairs BUT wish the customer service piece were not such a pain
