Item was defective upon delivery. My husband and I have tried to get help through Amazon for a refund or replacement but they just expect me to ship this VERY heavy already unpackaged equipment back to them! When I had already put the large boxes to the road. Ridiculous! Was simply trying to improve my lifestyle and home gym but now I just feel ripped off by this company. I cannot even use the machine as it’s missing holes where the bolts were supposed to be. And the welding done is also very inconsistent making other parts unstable. It’s not safe to use. I’ll attach the pictures I took where you can literally see the puncture outline where the hole was “supposed “ to be. So disappointed and now, robbed of my hard earned money.

Only complaint is that this is definitely made for someone taller! I am 5’5’ so i am average height for a female. I have used lots of different hip thrust machines. But this one has no way to adjust. But every thing else seems to be good quality.
