I’ve been using the Goimu HT01 Hip Thrust Machine for the past two months, and it has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of gym equipment. If you’re serious about building stronger, bigger glutes, this machine delivers. The build quality is excellent — it feels very heavy-duty and stable even when I load it up with 400+ lbs. The 800LBS plate-loaded capacity gives plenty of room to grow, and the weight holders are conveniently placed so loading and unloading plates is smooth. The padded hip thrust platform is comfortable (no more bruised hips!), and the backrest angle feels just right. I especially love the band pegs — adding resistance bands makes the movement even more effective at the top of the thrust. The machine allows for a full range of motion and really isolates the glutes better than a standard barbell hip thrust. My glute activation is noticeably stronger, and I’ve seen visible growth and improved strength in my squats and deadlifts as a result.

It’s super sturdy, worth every penny, and easy to put together (I did it solo in under 90 minutes!). Item was defective upon delivery. My husband and I have tried to get help through Amazon for a refund or replacement but they just expect me to ship this VERY heavy already unpackaged equipment back to them! When I had already put the large boxes to the road. Ridiculous! Was simply trying to improve my lifestyle and home gym but now I just feel ripped off by this company. I cannot even use the machine as it’s missing holes where the bolts were supposed to be. And the welding done is also very inconsistent making other parts unstable. It’s not safe to use. I’ll attach the pictures I took where you can literally see the puncture outline where the hole was “supposed “ to be. So disappointed and now, robbed of my hard earned money.

It is not adjustable for shorter people. I’m 5’. Will have to have a welder friend help me rig up something so I can scooch forward to the proper spot and have good support. Disappointed that it isn’t more adjustable. Assembly wasn’t bad.

Regret this. The metals are bent slightly to begin with. The welding is garbage. When i load it with weight. Just 90 pounds on each side. It bends more. The part that goes over your waist does not slide in easily when so many components are slightly bent when weight is loaded. Im sure its quite a hazard to use. The safety levers need to be controlled everytime you finish a set. Push all the way forward its off. Push all the way back its off also. The 2 inch poles that hold weight are slightly less than 2 inches so I cant use my metal weight holders, too loose. Regrets on this buy.....
