    • What size and type of filter is required.
I fine it very fustrating to order replacement filters with no part no. on pitcher or old filter to know what kind or type of filter you are running in the pitcher. This makes it very difficult to reorder replacement filters in the futher. Also no demension is given for the size of the filter the pitcher requires. The first filters I order were too large to use in my pitcher. I don't taste the water in my pitcher because I'm using it in the humidifer on my capa machine which calls out for disstilled water, so there is no minerials to buildup in my machine. I've been buying these replacement filters for a few years since getting the pitcher and have been satisfied overall. I tried less expensive ones and have not been happy. Occasionally one has come in defective from the manufacturer (not fully pressed closed yet, sealed in package). Unfortunately, I didn't catch them until after the return dates and have started checking all when received. This last time the replacement was immediate.
