Outstanding product. It’s not the pull-up bar, but the regularity with which you use it. This product will have you feeling confident and getting the repetitions in, which I think is the point. It’s so interesting how just the first level of assistance is enough to get 12-15 pull-ups in for me, in just one set. Repeat that 5 or 6 times and I’ll be feeling it the next day and the day after that. Without assistance I’m lucky if I can get 8 reps in one set, which sets me up to become disinterested in further sets. The human psyche is a Turkish bazaar, where only the hagglers break even. The foot rest is very comfortable and though my pull-up bar wasn’t designed with this product in mind, I keep this product attached to it at all times and have gotten stronger for it. The value for the money is well worth it when you consider the law of inertia (which cannot be circumnavigated). It’s a good looking design too, and doesn’t look out of place in my house, permanently. The buckles, clips and clasps seem and feel durable. I recommend this product.

Yes this is a 10 for anybody that wants to use something to assist them to do pull-ups put this in your bag of tricks. You can even attach it to a tree and get a pretty good workout. If the branch is the right size for your hands! I bring mine to the gym. It's easy to assemble. It's got a great design and you can use it for many exercises, not just pull-ups

Great item for starting pull-ups or achieving muscle failure. Bought this for my child who is in ROTC; she’s now able to do pull-ups without this device which she used until she was good to go. It does work and is durable. Adjustments are super easy, and the resistance can be manipulated by removing or adding bands.

This item is high quality. The one issue that I have with it is that my feet don't fit in the straps very well. The straps twist my feet in the wrong direction. I think they would work fine with my shoes off but I really don't want to do that.

I was cautious about buying the setup based on some of the reviews, but I am very happy with the quantity of the whole thing. Yeah the carabiners could be more heavy duty, but they look like they’ll hold up fine. The height adjustment buckle is secure when I adjusted the strap to try out various heights and tensions band combinations. This is helping me with get through those last few inches that have been keeping me from completing a full pull up!
