Purchased January 2024 for my son wanting to switch from console to PC gaming. Seemed fine for about 2-3 months then has been nothing but problems since. It started freezing/lagging during use, my son figured out some fixes initially then we had issues with being able to login to windows. I fixed that, then it started with windows 11 updates that wound never work. I have a friend in IT that told me to ignore the updates and just use it but that has not worked either. Complete waste of over $600 which turned into $1100 after having to go out and purchase another console for my son to play. I guess I could factory reset it and try to sell on eBay but I don’t think that would be right to sell a POS that may or not work for someone else. So in the end I’m left with a hunk of plastic to throw away. Thanks HP ... show more

i have owned for about 8 months now... i have it paired with a 40ish in LG monitor ... super cool by the way... but i had glitching issues for a while ... finally changed out my HDMI cord and it helped alot... it still randomly glitches ... when viewing anything internet or excel ... best way i know who to describe it would be a flicker ... then sometimes when using the mouse wheel it will flicker but not always ... its not from virus because its done it from day one... unless it came new with virus ... I wonder if its the graphics card too... i tried changing from the motherboard output to the graphic card output... idk i know a little bit but im not super savvy either .... I watched A Youtube channel called toasty bros ( computer builders) to catch myself up to speed on the latest components and they said you need to open up your case ( very easy to do) .. and verify you actually have to components listed and that components are actually seated properly ... also there are name brand parts and generic parts.... Graphics cards like RTX 4060 ... if its listed name brand look that you actually getting that name brand part ... hope that helps some of you ... show more

My system came with a couple errors that caused me not to be able to fully use it,very laggy when I tried loading up games or even watch videos and it would frequently restart randoms saying that the system has a Memory Error

Computer shuts down and restarts randomly. Can’t find problem through diagnostic tests. Too late to return. Will be taking it in to someone to find out the problem.
